Evangeline smirked wickedly. "Try."

"I have you son of bitch!" Jojen roars, trying to stand but falls back against the tiled floor

She laughed. "Well for one, I'm a woman. And two, it was a very meager attempt."

"Was it?" He snaps, "Nearly dieing. Was meager? You are wrong. About so many things." He stands again, his hands shaking still and the hue tracking his movements

"Really?" she purred, sounding amused. "Do enlighten me."

Jojen looks around, backing up. He looks over his shoulder at the camera. He points at it, "Watch." He starts running, the blue hue following him. He disappears, appearing back on the other side of the guards and starts to run. His legs wobble like crazy at that but he keeps running

She watched him with subdued interest.

Jojen skirts down a hallway. He pauses at a door that had, EMPLOYEES ONLY, "Gottcha."

Evangeline hardly faltered. Several more buttons and a firm metal wall dropped down in front of him. "You thought I'd make it that easy?"

Jojen stops, "Yep." He backs up again, "If dying means freedom." He sprints gain, jumping through the door."

She pursed her lips and send a squadron of guards down the stairs.

Jojen lands on the other side on his hands and knees. He heaves and hurls between his hands

The guards approached him and everyone had their gun trained on him.
"I wouldn't make a move if I were you," Evangeline advised shortly.

Jojen wipes off his mouth and calmly starts to walk toward the wall of guards, "Try me." He holds out his arms

"Fire!" Evangeline demanded. All of the guards fired at once.

Jojen disappeared in a spark of blue, re appearing on his side on the next flight of stairs. he heaves over the ledge on top of the guards. He staggers to his feet and pulls himself the rest of the way up to the command station door.

Evangeline gritted her teeth. Her fingers slid down to her cabinet and opened the top drawer. She pulled out her gun and traced the trigger.

Jojen bashes his shoulder against the door, trying the knob

Evangeline heard a bang on the door across the hall. "[Crap]," she muttered. She typed a few commands and reinforced her door's strength.

Jojen backs up again, running toward the door, disappearing in a flash of blue. He reappears on the other side, staggering but he uses his momentum to tackle Evangeline

She shrieked and fired twice with her gun.

Jojen crumples to the ground with a shriek. Blood spurts from his leg

Crys ran through the halls then heard the gun shot and ran to it quickly.

Evangeline, breathing heavily, stood up and towered over him. "It's what anomalies like you deserve," she replied stonily, aiming her gun at his chest.

Jojen looks up at her. He stands, snatching the gun and staring her dead in the eyes, "You don't have the guts"

(Okay)

"You don't know anything about me. What makes you think you know what I will do?" she asked, returning his stare.
