With a quiet whoosh, and a small electrical crackle! a faintly glowing ocean blue vortex appeared. A man walked in wearing gauntlets on his arms, he had jet black hair and a nice long gait
"Hello, there. I'm Maxwell." the man said with a slight tone of curiosity in his voice. " Where shall we be going today?"

Emily raised her eyebrow, her eyes and hair quickly returning to natural colours so as to appear normal. She studied Maxwell's posture and image before finally speaking. "What a bold way to introduce oneself. Why don't you decide where I am apparently going with you, I'm not that good at making decisions."

" Well first off I don't want to die it appears I have gotten into a pretty intense situation here so why don't we cool our jets and make amends? right now I just want to meet you and see if I can help you. I also am a good strategist and make do with pretty much anything." Maxwell said in an attempt to defuse the situation

Emily let out a soft chuckle, shaking her head. "No amends need making, sorry if I came across as a little harsh there." She kept eye contact with Maxwell, a bright smile forming on her lips. "I would ask about the vortex but if I've learned anything in the last 24 hours it's that people don't really answer my questions."

"Well, I actually like answering questions." said Maxwell in a cherry tone " If you want to know about the vortex, it's actually a vibrational frequency disruption between two parallel universes. They vibrate at different times, by manipulating the vibrational frequency around me I, therefore, create a vortex. that I can access basically anywhere as long as it has a vibrational frequency and all atoms have a vibrational frequency." he continued on in his cherry tone. "and" he added quickly "if you show me a picture of something I can port to it"

"What's the explanation for those who dropped out of portal tech after the first lesson? Seriously it sounds pretty neat, though I thought there would be a lot more manual tech involved, especially if you can port to a place in a picture like you say. How is that supposed to work?"

"well yes and no the gauntlets help me with the manual side of things like defense and stuff like that but for you, they just are for helping me stabilize because my entire body is in a constant state of movement, and if I don't have the gauntlets my molecules will dissipate Into thin air. Basically and it takes intense focus to bring them all back.

"Why? What happened to you?" She leaned in with her head resting on her right hand. "I'm intrigued as to why your entire molecular structure is dependent on those gauntlets."

The twins cautiously studied the newcomer then shared a look with each other

She cast a side glance to the twins, mumbling just loud enough for them to hear. "You still haven't said who the idiot is."

Hyenros pointed at Aleros Him

Htenros: He's the one that constantly gets into trouble and I'm the one that has to save his sorry ass

A sly grin appeared on Emily's lips. "Oh please go on, what kind of trouble has he gotten into?"
