Does anyone know when they're coming out with the DLC characters? I'm super pumped to see who's going to be on there. I know Joker from Persona 5, but that's all I'm certain of so far…

My Uncle preordered the game so he’s getting him, today I get to play the switch with my brother and him, so we might play either Super Smash Bros Ultimate, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Super Mario Party, or even New Super Mario Bros U Deluxe.

I heard a rumor that Crono from Chrono Trigger was being considered as a DLC character. I don't think I would ever play another character again if it's true O.O

I would never play Smash Bros again if Sans makes it in… besides playing Ultimate because Daisy my Waifu is in the game (finally). But I would be okay with Shante or Dixie Kong. I’m mostly looking forward to the day Waluigi makes the cut…

Yes, he’s another fire emblem character, but he’s not another sword-wielding lord…

I don’t think anyone wants more fire emblem characters, even if it isn’t a sword fighter… but if not hECTOR FOR THE WIN

Listen, I agree. Basically you could cut out half of the FE characters. Chrom is great, but he’s a huge meme in the fandom. Lucina shouldn’t even be here… Don’t care for Roy, and he’s statistically one of the worst lords (probably not as popular). Not to mention his character encourages bizarre spacing. Corrin is from the worst recent game in the series (widely agreed on by the fandom), and is an okay character I guess…
And they all have swords…
There were some really cool characters in the series. There’s a lord with a lance, there’s Hector, who has an axe, there are a ton of mages to choose from. Idk why they kept adding exclusively sword-users when there’s such a diverse range of fighting styles in-game…

Luciana and Roy have the same moves.

They have one move in common… Lucina And Marth are the echo fighters. The only difference is damage distribution on their swords. Chrom is the echo fighter of Roy, but they have a few more differences.

I like Ike he seems to have different moves compared to the rest.

Yes! I'm considering him as a main, actually. I also love his different skins. At least two of them are a nod to different characters in the series.
I was a Marth main in Smash 4, then they made him all floaty (no, really… he feels like Jigglypuff now…). I have no problem with Marth being in the game, because he was there first, and presumably was introduced while his game was popular. They really improved his design for Smash, though, because in Shadow Dragon, he looks like a potato.

I played marth all the time in ssb brawl

I'm not allowed to play Marth anymore lol. Apparently I'm annoying.

He has a counter and dancing blade… I can't be expected to not use them…

I usually main Ike and Fox on ultimate. On brawl usually I played Kirby Marth and sometimes Zelda

I've only really played 4 and Ultimate. I played some 64 one time (as Link, mostly), and I have played melee and brawl in casual school tournaments.

I played Lucina in smash four, along with many others. Lucina is actually one of my favorite fire emblem characters, but Chrom is my all time favorite, I was sad when he was stabbed in the back when they said he wasn’t going to be in smash four, to make it even worse, they added his daughter… oof. Being said no, The your daughter gets in… that must hurt… at least he is here now.

And he's really good?

His U-B is Ike’s, his Netural-B is Roy’s, his side B is Lucina/Marth’s, then his down-B is just counter.
