Peggy pulled into a side street and pulled her mask down for a second.
"Do you want to go back?"
She sighed. "You know me too well. Let's go." She adjusted her mask again and got out of the car. She jogged through the shadows until they was close enough again to hear what they were saying.

Cleona stood on a nearby rooftop, leaning against her sword casually as she assessed the two assassins chatting in the parking lot below her. She rolled her eyes. Honestly, playing cat and mouse in broad daylight. Such children. The wind blew her long, long hair into her face and she brushed it back with a slim hand. She was not pleased to know that they'd all be contracted for the same job, again. Someone was playing a dangerous game with all the assassin guilds of the world. She continued to watch Raziel and the other girl with interest, wondering what they might reveal.

@Fenrir

He scanned the empty parking lot and smiled to himself, knowing that they were being watched "so how've ya been?" He said with a charming smile

@Hufflepuff_Girl

"Well, I don't know if it's the same mission but it is in the city." Vixian the hairs on the back of her neck stand up, she put her hand on the pistol that was on her belt. "What could you possibly be here for?"

@Fenrir

He shrugged "same old business as usual, sight seeing," He winked "killings in the agenda this week." He told her "don't know who, don't care as long as they deserve it."

@Fenrir

"human trafficking huh? Well I hope you succeed in killing this person." He said honestly. Chara growled at seemingly nothing, Raziel drew his swords "come out. NOW." He told the darkness

Cleona scoffed quietly as she watched the goings on below. She adjusted her position so that she was sitting on the ledge of the rooftop, prepared to jump down in a moment if she needed to. Raziel should know better than to draw his swords in public like that. She rolled her eyes. He could be so dramatic sometimes.

@Fenrir

"yeah I got that feeling." He said "I'm guessing you all for the same assignment….again." he groaned, how was he supposed to go his job if he was assigned the same one as the other assassins???

Cleona sighed, swinging herself down from the roof with several graceful flips. She landed between Vixian and Raziel, a scowl on her pretty face. "A war brews between all the assassins of the world due to the death of the queen and someone is playing with us." She flicked a long lock out of her face, putting the blunt end of her swords sheath on the ground and leaning forward on it. "I for one am not amused."

@Fenrir

"no hellos or introductions just straight out with the facts, and yes I'm starting to get that feeling." He looked down grimly "I hate being played with." He glanced up "so same Target I presume?"

"Hello Raziel." Cleona said softly with a barest hint of her mischievous smile. She nodded to the other girl in greeting. "If your target is a fellow that has a taste for human trafficking, then yes, same target."

@Fenrir

He smiled back "sorry but no, you're with Vixian this time, so sad we couldn't have more quality time together." He winked at her and backed away "and what happened to killing me the next time you saw my handsome face?" He asked in mock disapointment

Cleona fought the blush that was threatening to sear its way across her face. She failed as two spots of pink appeared on the high points of her cheeks. Damn him. "You say that like you want me to kill you old friend." She arched a brow and smirked. "Perhaps I want to keep you on your toes. It wouldn't do well of me to be predictable." She didn't even want to think about the things that she would do to his 'handsome face.'

@Fenrir

"words mean nothing without action my dear, now if you ladies would excuse me, I have a killer to kill." He bowed dramatically winked and turned on his heal, heading for a nearby roof, climbing and flipping gracefully onto it before disappearing

Cleona sighed, watching the others depart, annoyance clear on her usually impassive face. "I suppose I will do the dirty work of finding out who is playing all of us then." She muttered to herself as she casually strolled down the Chicago street. Besides, she had a man to kill.

@Fenrir

He flipped off the others side of the building with grace and headed over to the spot, ready to kill. He smiled menacingly as he drew his sword casually. "time to have some fun."

Peggy backed away after the assassins started leaving and sprinted back to her car.
"Did you record that, SASHA?"
"The whole thing."
"Good," she replied, driving away quickly. "Plot the fastest route to the target."
"Generating…"

@Fenrir

He posed himself on the roof, across from the target's building and watched. "have your fun now, for in a few minutes you'll be 6 feet under with an old friend of mine." he said referring to the devil

@Hufflepuff_Girl

Vixian watched as her sister sprinted off. She walked her foxes back to the hotel. "Let's see, might as well find out more about the scumbag I'm dealing with." She opened the file and began reading.

Peggy bit her lip. "Pause route. Contact Vixian."
"Are you sure?"
"Yes. If she tries to deny me, you know the code to patch me through."
"Of course, Ms. Rivers. Beginning call."
Peggy's earpiece rang.

"What were you doing back there with Raziel?" Peggy demanded.

The target was kneeling before her, shaking. "Please…" He begged looking up at Cleona as she circled in front of him again. She was playing with her food, as it were, dragging the tip of her sword over his exposed skin. She gave him her manic smile. "Begging doesn't satisfy me." Cleona murmured. With a quick graceful swipe, she had sliced the man's jugular. He gasped, blood spilling from the wound at alarming speeds. "Death satisfies me." She finished, resheathing her long blade. He collapsed on the floor, writhing as the assassin known as Silver took out her phone, snapping a picture of his still twitching body.
When she was sure he was dead, she placed a single silver coin in his pocket, her calling card. With another smile, she turned and strode away, stepping out into the sunshine. That was almost too easy.
