Rykah carefully pulled out his bow and quiver, as well as a couple more changes of clothes that were too small for him, and flew u to his platform and laid them there in a stack before sitting down on the edge and trying to think of a way to salvage his shelter. climbing down and taking a closer look he saw that it was hopeless. I guess its back to the junkyard tonight… he thought to himself slowly, trying not to let the feeling of hopelessness set in to deep, especially since he knew that he'd never be able to find a big enough tarp unless he bought it. And he knew full well that that would cost him…. He sat down on a log staring at the wreckage, sighing he grabbed an extra hoodie, which happened to be the one he'd gotten yesterday, and began to prep to head out to the junkyard.
“Rykah!” Will called. “Come back.”
Rykah stopped and turned around "Sorry Will, But I have to go somewhere now" he said,
“My room is always open!” Will called.
"Yeah, but I need to find a spot to store my stuff" Said Rykah sadly, gesturing to his sleeping spot up in the tree. "Which means I need another Tarp, one big enough to keep rain off…"
“You can keep it in my room….” Will tried.
"I'd love to but…" rykah paused. "I'm better off on my own…."
Will disconnected himself from his siblings and said, “No one is better off alone.”
"I am.." said Rykah… "because bad things tend to happen to people around me…" he said thinking about his family and the tigress….
“They don’t have to.” Will said in a calm, quiet voice.
Rykah realized he really didn't have any good arguments on the subject. "But what about your siblings?"
(Sorry about that!! Had to deal with my parents stressful miscommunication. And now thankfully it's all good!)
“My brother and sister don’t matter right now, ok?”
"Yes they do" said Rykah, glancing in their direction.
Anna, who was nosy and loud, called, “No, we don’t!” Will turned around to give her a look.
Rykah stared at her, stunned.
Jack nodded in agreement. “We’ll go now. See you at home!” Anna called, turning around with Jack.
Rykah just stared even more as they left… "what…."
“No idea. They probably talked last night. But now you don’t have the argument to be alone.”
"Uh huh" said Rykah.. "I guess I'm not getting out of it huh…." he said slowly…
(I'm surprised Will's sibs weren't asking questions due to the fact that Rykah was literally living in a makeshift tent)

(Mom doesn’t give a single crap anymore, she’s seen some weird stuff, Rykah is not even in the top 20 oddest people she’s seen and Dad is oblivious and most likely hasn’t even noticed that Rykah’s there.)
“Nope!” Will said, smiling. “Let’s go home.”

"Rykah reluctantly agreed grabbing his tote bin after stuffing everything he owned carefully inside he followed Will to his house… "So what are your parents gonna say about this??" asked Rykah nervously as they walked up the driveway…
“Mom won’t care, and my dad might not even notice you’re there.” Will said, putting an arm around Rykah’s shoulders.
Rykah nodded still unsure about the whole thing as they came up to the front door.
Will opened the door. His mother and father were sitting at the kitchen table. “Hi, honey.” Mom said, smiling at him. Dad barely looked up, and said, “Hey, Jack.” Will winced. “We’re going upstairs, Mom.”
(Also, just so you know: Anna, Jack, and Will are triplets. Jack and Will are identical, but their voices sound different, so if you know them or are paying attention you can tell them apart that way. And you just get used to it after a while. (My brothers are identical, and the only way most people tell them apart is by voice. And sometimes I get called their names, even though I’m a girl, and have a name that is very different from their’s. It’s annoying))
