Violet shakes her head.
"No, she blended in quite well. She worked at the Westen Library and was attending a community college nearby."
Ben sits in a chair by the counter, still facing the others.
"The last to go missing was a 12 year old by the name of Rollan. He had foster parents, so this kidnapper isn't afraid of raising alarm."
Violet shakes her head in agreement.
"So far there hasn't really been a pattern."

"Other than that they law low," Hush comments. "What were their powers?"
Violet makes eye contact with Hush, scolding herself in her head for not answering the question the first time she asked.
"Valeen was ice and Rollan was air."
(oh you answered Dash about Valeen's power you said she was water :P)
Hush sighs and runs a hand through her hair, the faintest hint of impatience sharpening her narrowing her eyes. "No pattern there either. Did they live close to each other? Did they know the same person? Did they know each other? Was something…unusual about their experiments?"
(we do need to find a pattern somewhere yk how else would they make predictions? I'm just trying to think of one XD)
Violet goes to shake her head, but Ben speaks up.
"Actually, they were biological siblings." He puts his hand on his chin as he thinks. "Maybe they're going by families… One at a time."
Violet eyes widen, then she nods her head. "Their biological last name was something like… Like Anviam? I think. Do you think they're going alphabetically?"
Ben nods slightly, "maybe?"

Hush still doesn't smile but she seems happy to see Cage. She shrugs in response to his question.
"What was her element?" Dash asks softly
(Whoa I totally missed your question, Bandito. I was thinking of having a character come in late to the meeting and have been almost caught and it would be scary)
Dash looks relieved. "Where did they live?" Hush asks.
Violet looks up to Ben while replying, "Valeen was in the Western edge of the city, but Rollan was in the Northern, right?"
Ben nods.
Cage sits still, a smile still on his face. "So the order is alphabetical and families? Who's next then?"
Ben glances over to Cage and makes eye contact just long enough to give him an annoyed glare.

Dash and Hush shake their heads.
”ok well in the other case the oldest was taken first. if that's the pattern then I'm probably next,” Finn announced. He hoped that was the pattern. There was no way he was going to let poppy be the one at risk. The younger sibling was staying quiet. She didn't really understand everything but she did know that there was trouble.
Violet thinks, then shakes her head.
"No. I think there's an S an P…"
Ben stands, being a bit antsy.
"Us here," he makes a small gesture to around the room. "We're not all that is left. There are more, but they don't-"
Silver slammed into the door, shoving it open so hard it crashed against the wall.
"Guys–" she panted, nearly out of breath, interrupting Ben. "Guys, they almost got me. Back on 38th street." she leaned over on her knees, her giant white-grey wings, arching above her, feathers ruffled. "They were tracking me here and when I caught onto them they tried to catch me."

Additional info: Wings added by experimental procedure (haha straight out of my current book this should be fun). Telekinesis from brain operation//testing.
Element(water, Air, Fire, Ice, Earth, ect….): AIR. She has wings and probably telekinesis (controls items by manipulating the ions in the air around the item). (haven't fleshed this idea out yet, might not come into play for a while.)

(I think it would be super cool if, over time, their powers got stronger or evolved and changed. Within their element of course, but as they used them and learned to control them, they warped and stuff.)
