Hush exchanged a look with Dash and crept in the cafe door. Dash glanced around again before following. Inside, it was warm and cozy, but he was still freezing all the time. They took a seat at a corner table with booths.

Violet starts to make up some coffee, knowing that at least Ben will drink some. She smiles lightly while looking over the sad group. Except Ben. He just looked angry as usual.

(Guys, since they're experiments you can say like whatever about them. Like Dash makes me happy cause the metal XD)(Thank you for using creative liberty Bandito, you're doing this RIGHT!)

(Yeah. I don't really have any idea what I'm doing here in the first place… Kinda came outta nowhere. I would stay, yet interactions would be weird even though you said they knew each other, I've never interacted… So just to keep things simple, I just might not do this.)

Hush makes a face but Dash takes a cup, avoiding eye contact still. An awkward silence(or HUSH, hm?) descends onto the group. This is exactly what I was afraid of.

(Laughing mah head offff)

Ben crosses his arms and glares over at Violet.
Say something, cause I'm not.
She looks over the group and gives a quiet, nervous sigh. She'd been there for the experiments, but only for a week.

(aand I'm gone again. Leaves are to be raked, she says. :P)

Violet runs a few fingers through the bottom of her curls before opening her mouth to speak. But the door opens again and Cage walks in, waving an arm and smiling.
"Hi guys! It's been so looong!!!"

Dash finally smiled as Cage walked in. "Everyone's here," Hush says. "And I'm falling asleep in this place so I want coffee please."

Name: Finn Crowe
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Appearance (clothing, face and body): wide dark brown eyes. Black hair cut in a fade style. Dark brown skin. Wide nose. muscular body. Usually dressed in jeans and a t-shirt. The clothes are old but he tries to make sure he looks presentable. just because he's Broke doesn't mean he has to dress like it.
Additional info: parents died right before everything happened. Him and his sister now live in a really cheap apartment in the bad part of the city. They used to be semi well off and live in the good part.

Age: 4
Gender: female
Appearance (clothing, face and body): looks like the small female version of her brother. Except her nose is slightly Thinner. her hair is either always out naturally or in braids.
Additional info: same as finns

Finn walked into the coffee shop with poppy beside him holding his hand and smiling. He didn't want to take her with him at first. In case something happened. But his old lady neighbor who usually watches her is sick. he looked around at the others before sitting at a random booth. poppy sat next to him.

Cage flashes Hush a big, stupid smile before grabbing her a coffee and sitting beside her.
"So, how ya been?"
Violet gives a small wave to Finn and smiles.

Finn waved back at violet and when she caught on so did Poppy. (is this the first meeting they've had?)

”so why exactly are we even here? We’re free now shouldn't we just live our lives?” Finn asked no one in particular.

Violet glances over to Ben, giving him his 'answer the question' cue. He growls quietly under his breath, but steps forward.
"First off, we're not free. Secondly, someone's be kidnapping us." He lets that sink in for a half second before continuing. "If you hadn't noticed, over half of the elementals have stopped communicating. More than that, they've disappeared. They left no indication of where they've gone or why." He walks in front of the counter, observing the people as he talks.
Violet leans her elbows on the counter and puts her chin in her hands.
"I kept in contact with one of the girls. Her name was Valeen. I would meet with her every Saturday and besides that we talked a lot over phone. Last month she stopped showing up. I eventually investigated her home. All of her belongings were still there, and her neighbors had said they'd seen a man come to visit not too long before."

(What ideas??)
Hush still doesn't smile but she seems happy to see Cage. She shrugs in response to his question.
"What was her element?" Dash asks softly.

Violet bites her lip a bit before responding with, "water. She was pretty good with control, so it's not like someone just happened to figure out."

Finn had no clue about the others going missing. He hadn't really stayed in contact that well. now he wishes he did. how could he not know about this? ”what part of the city did she live in?” he asked. Now that he knew he wanted to help.

"We should try to save her," Hush says. "But the fastest way to find whoever kidnapped her is to try to predict who's going to disappear next and lie in wait. You have any idea why Valeen was kidnapped?"
