"Well for some magical reason you two are the only creatures I've seen in the city the entire night. And I've been wandering around this half of the city."

"Gods I would have loved to be in whatever afterlife you got shot into. I spend 3,000 years or so breaking out of Purgatory," Cyprus grumbled

"It wasn't pleasant, that's for sure. But it's more pleasant than being here," Niko said. He turned to Lili. "I can't do that, but I do have 23 or so scars from where I was stabbed to death if you want to see them."

Cyprus turned his detached head to Niko. "Ooh, 23? That sounds like it was wonderful to go through, how many people did you have to make angry for that?"

@_sleeby_rat_

"Ah, sounds like my mother when she had a few drinks. Never could hold her wine. One wrong move and she's sending everyone to the executioner."

Just for kicks, Cyprus detatched his head and held it in his hand. "This believable enough for you sweetheart?"

Lili let out a small scream. (is swearing allowed?) "What the fudge," she said weakly. She blinked and shook her head. "I can't believe it. Wow. I cannot believe this."

@Becfromthedead group

(Yeah, I don't really care about swearing much. I probably won't do anything beyond PG swears myself though because I'm a wimp.)
Niko was unfazed by Cyprus removing his head. He'd certainly seen worse.

Cyprus shrugged. "Well, once apon a time this city was the most active at night. My how things change in the span of a few years."

@Becfromthedead group

(I'm not sure.)
Niko nodded. "Maybe, but downtown is usually dead. They don't have the best business anymore. Everything on this side of town is old and run-down."

@_sleeby_rat_

Cyprus looked down the city, finally noticing the staggering amount of closed businesses. "Well, I guess that's why I wanted to come here I suppose. Guess that's a sort of subconscious ghost rule."
