Cassian groaned and rolled his eyes "We're just messing around." He poked Damian again and grinned.

Damian growled, then shifted and left for a shady spot and curled up for a nap.

Lakin walked back over to Cass, tugging him towards a small tree. He sighed and walked over to the tree, laying down and letting Lakin fall asleep next to him.

Damian watched carefully as the majority of the riders made their preparations to move out. It was long before first light, but he didn't mind. One of the Nightshade Riders beckoned to him and he shifted to take his place in the formation.

Cassian stretched as he woke up, smiling at his sister before jumping up and walking over to Damian. Ryker was a few feet away and he waved at Cassian before focusing on the rest of the Riders.

A pair of riders came up to Ryker and Cass, "You'll be riding with us, we'd let the few halfbloods we have do it but they will need to be able to use every aspect of their powers if we are gonna pull this off" said the one, who was riding a brown furred wolf with green streaks in his fur. the other rider had a wolf who had blue gray fur, and gold streaks, (This guy is a Stratas Wolf and at this point Damian and the twins wont recognize him and will pass him off for a Nebulae-Luna hybrid if they see him.)

Cassian nodded, glancing over at Ryker and seeing him nod as well "Alright, let's get going." Cassian walked up to the rider and the brown wolf, getting on quickly. Ryker walked up to the other wolf and rider, getting on as well.

The two riders nodded, as their bonded padded up to the front of the pack. Damian got there just as they did and nodded, "They're putting my with the beta formation so I might have to break off if things get rough." he said, shifting as one of the nightshade wolves let out a long low howl, calling for silence. Damian settled into place, ready to go. the lead wolf, the Nightshade Rider from before and his bonded took their place, the wolf barked and several others copied the signal. then they all, in unison, broke into a run, they were going at a moderate speed, but Damian still had to give it his all to keep up. they broke out of the woods onto a large plateau And the nightshade leader gave another signal, this was again copied by several others in the group. this time several nebulea, wolves broke out of the group striving forwards they skimmed to a stop in teams of three, and opened portals, with the third leaping through to the other side. the Group lept through and the teams of nebulea closed the portal as the groups raced out of alleyways to meet up and converge as they ran through traffic as one.

Cassian grinned as he watched the wolves and their riders, amazed at how well they worked together. Ryker held on tight and tried his best to enjoy the ride.

Damian did his best to keep up as their speed increased, one of the riderless wolves came up beside him and bumped him gently, Damian nodded and shifted to ride, Whispering a word of thanks in the wolf's ear.

Cassian glanced around and saw Damian a few feet away. He waved happily before focusing back on not falling off. Ryker looked at the ground as it rushed past, trying to figure out where they were going.

Damian grinned just as the wolf he was riding barked, signalling to the leader the leader responded by picking up up the pace as some blizzaron pairs broke out of the group and took out a fence enclosing a large military building.

"This is awesome!" Cass shouted to Damian, grinning happily. Ryker nodded softly "Sure Cass, sure.."

"This is what it is to be a wolf!!" Yelled Damian over the thudding paws. "Just imagine what it's like being the one doing the running!"

"It would be awesome!" Cassian shouted, looking around amazed "You are lucky to be even half wolf!" He smiled and wondered where they were going.

Several of the riders smiled at their exchange, before the group split up surrounding the military building. Several Riders started blasting the walls of the building with a mix of magic, medieval, and modern, weapons. Damian joined in, launching as many shadow bolts as he could,

Cassian pulled out the gun from earlier and started to shoot the walls, a smile on his face as he did. Ryker sat there quietly, his sword still gone and no other weapons to help attack the walls.

Then the windows filled with opposing fire from the combatants inside, several nebulae riders throughout the group put up shields that interlocked, the Blizzaron Riders and wolves moved to the front and began building an Ice barrier, Including the wolf Damian was riding.

Ryker watched the Wolves and their Riders, smiling weakly. Cassian glanced at Damian as he continued to shoot between the shields.

Damian managed to take out a few of their adversaries before Marco, The Nightshade Rider from yesterday signaled to him, He then dismounted and quickly made his way over, noting that the riders with Ryker and Cass were coming over too.

"What's going on?" Cass asked, looking around and putting his gun away.

"While the forces inside are distracted, We'll go in and open the portal!" said Conta, "And then we can get someone to be ready to anchor it in three days, so we, and the rest of the riders, can go back to Nelvaro!"

"It may be a whole lot different from the home we left," said Marco, "But it's still where we belong."

Cass nodded "Let's get going," He smiled and glanced at the building.

The riders nodded and all of them, plus Damian, Ryker, and Cass, went inside, they headed down a large hallway, and into a room with a large, gatelike structure.

"Alright, what do we have to do?" Cass grinned and looked around, walking closer to the structure. Ryker looked around the room, rocking on his feet impatiently.

"We need you two to guard the door." Said Marco.
"Damian!" Called Conta from next to the gate. "You said yesterday that you knew someone strong enough to anchor the gate. Do you think you can call them if we link up mentally?"
"Sure!" Answered Damian
Just then several other nebulis wolves warped in with their Riders.
Conta's bonded gave the command and they converged their powers to open the gate.

Ryker and Cass quickly jogged to the door, standing on either side of it. Cass glanced back at the room as Ryker watched the door.
