He turned to walk away before he screwed up any more, but Amber caught his arm. "Wait, Jason," Jason turned around quickly and his heart jumped into his throat as he realized that she was blushing. Appearance: Long blonde hair, streaked with even lighter highlights (Natural). Hazel eyes that shift color from blue to green to grey. Freckles across her nose. 5” 6’. Athletic, not barbie doll thin though.
Background: Kaisa is an orphan who never knew her parents, and she lived a fairly uneventful life. She received top marks in her education so far and was often isolated for her intelligence. Due to this isolation, she was an easy target for her abuser, an older girl from her school. She and her gang regularly would corner her and make her do demeaning and filthy tasks, treating her like a slave and verbally abusing her. Only blackmail and grating slander kept Kaisa quite. After 3 months of this, she spoke up was admitted to a special program online so that she wouldn’t have to be in school any longer. At age 16 She received a letter from Valencia, and went, worked her way up through her training as a communicator and applied for and received citizenship. This all happened in the one year, and now that the year is up, she is beginning to notice incredibly strange and disturbing things happening. Hoping to get answers, she applied for a job working as a border agent for all that come through. This was going extremely well until she realized that hardly anyone was going back to their own country. She decided to start poking around after she was Badged. (I’ll start from here in her own setting while you guys work your way to Valencia).

Outfit: Dark jeans, combat boots, and a white shirt. Green jacket and drawstring backpack.
Personality: Funny, outgoing, and friendly, after the bullying and verbal abuse she is more withdrawn, mistrusting, and sarcastic (defense mechanism), though she tries to keep it under control. Always has a bit of a temper and will get annoyed very easily when no one takes her seriously. She will get better once she warms up to the others. Once she warms up she is outgoing and a little intimidating. Normally great at hiding emotions when she cares enough about no one knowing how she feels, and she is very good at manipulating people (a skill she learned to get out of school when being abusively bullied). Extremally intelligent, when she allows herself she can have a scary wild side, coupled with her brains this can be dangerous, but mostly for her own self, but normally she keeps this under control and is very responsible. When doing something she is good at, her confidence overflows and she goes into a zone where nothing fazes her.
Distinguishing marks: Unusually vibrant eyes/terrifying death glare, disarming smile.

Other: Position as a Border Agent: Handles paperwork and security feeds from within the capital city, and makes commutes to the border whenever someone comes into the country, sort of like personal TSA and welcoming committee. Paperwork includes passports (or something), ID cards, and background checks. Security feeds are monitored by a select few that are deemed trustworthy (AKA, ignorantly loyal) and show all possible entry routes from the other countries. This position is one normally given to natives, though if a foreigner has citizenship and is “trustworthy”, and no matter who they are, when they are granted the position they are put on probation and are kept under constant supervision until it is determined whether or not they are truly “dedicated.” Once this occurs they are taken off probation and are given stunning pistol (shoots the stun, looks like a pistol), and are officially Badged.
