Emma it does but the only thing is that you character can only be an Amber Arrow if one of their friends or family members got chosen that year. So her brother would either be going with her, or she would have another person as the chosen.
Amber Arrows are kinda like the protectors of the group that got chosen, but is also a spy for ScarTech.
I cant remember of I mentioned this or not but ScarTechs cant go to Valencia, they are stamped with an electric tattoo that gives them access to places In the lab. But Shadow, I guess your character could be a new ScarTech that hasn't been stamped yet.

Appearence: Tenley is around 5'7" and has an athletic skinny build. She has warn beige skin tone with slightly pinker cheeks and nose. She has heart shaped lips and usually has on pink nude lipstick with a light brown undertone. Her eyes are roundish almond shaped and are jade green that slightly hazel towards the center. Background: Tenley was the middle child in a family of 5. Her mother Lisa, her father Killian, her older sister (22) Artemis, and her younger brother (16) Liam. She WAS the middle child until her sister went to Valencia and never came back. They recieved a letter one year after her return date saying that she had decided to stay in Valencia. Her mother was heartbroken and didnt believe that the letter was true. She fell into a deep depression and eventually died of heartbreak a few weeks later. Her father couldn't bear living in a place where so much heartbreak resided and moved the remaining family to Claudiston. A few months after her 14 birthday, her father brought home a lady and told her that they wanted to get married. Tenley was disappointed that her father had moved in so quickly but soon realized how much like her mother Olivia was. A few more months later they got married. 2 years later, her parents found jobs in ScarLis, and decided to move once again. They moved within weeks and put the children in school. Because she grew up in Timeist, Tenley had advanced computer coding skills and was a great builder. She was put into a special science and art school where she made many new things.

After a year of waiting, her family moved to Claudiston where her dad married Olivia, her stepmom. 2 years after their marriage, when Tenley was 16 and a half, her family moved to ScarLis where she is still living.

Personality: Tebley seems like a quiet person with a shy personality but she doesnt want people to get close to her. She is normally outgoing and talks to people but she doenst have 'friends'. Weapons: she made a small command code. What this does is basically, she will type out a command on her arm band and the cube immediately activates a specific energy charged weapon. These are usually something small like dagger. Ut tshe has made in form a bow and has foldable arrows on her at all times in the form of a bracelet

Harper opened her front door gently, carefully making sure it didn't creak. Her Papa was a light sleeper, and every noise someone made carried in the house, so it would be muy mal if were to wake. "Mama?" she whisper-called, closing the door behind her with a light tap. "You there?"
After a few seconds, her mother came around the corner and into the kitchen, holding a letter. Harper's eyebrow quirked. They hardly ever got mail. And what made it even worse was the worried expression etched in her Mama's face. Mama doesn't show her emotions much, so it must be important. "Mama, what is it?"
She sighed. "There is something we need to talk about, cariño," She patted for Harper to take a seat on one of the kitchen chairs. Harper took it warily. What could this be all about?
