Artemis panted and formed a ball of darkness Infused water and launched it towards the monster

The beast jumped forwards but as fast as light Zol raised his staff and a glowing wall appeared before them, which the monster slammed into.

Citra raised her arms in a wide sweeping motion, arrows made of blackfire appearing all around her. She whipped her arms before her launching the arrows toward the beast, a grim smile appearing as they pierced the beasts hide and it roared.

The monster reared in anger, and before anyone could react it’s lightning fast tail pierced Citra’s shoulder with its poisonous hook end, leaving a bloody gash.

Citra cursed, loud and filthy, surprising everyone including herself. She clamped a hand covered in black flame around the beast's tail, her hand heating and heating, searing the flesh of the beast all the way through the bone. Her eyes blazed with power and pain. She backed up quickly, slamming into a tree and sliding down into a crouch. Her hand hovered over the wound with the barbed tail still within it, but her gaze was still fixed on the battle before her.

(Woah…. What the heck did I miss…)
frost lept over her barriers, and shifted as she lept over its tail, distracting it from the others so no one else would get hurt. She barked at it, (Literally,) drawing its attention away. well this was stupid… she thought to herself as the beast cornered her near some rocks.

Piper quickly ran to Citra, and kneeled beside her. "Here, let me heal it," Pulling out the barb, she placed a hand on the wound, not caring that it was covered with her blood. Muttering a healing spell under her breath, eyes filling with a dark blue as she did so, Piper could feel the slight burning as another starfish tattoo appeared on her skin.

Citra panted, her blackflame roaring through her blood, trying to dispel the muk coursing through her body. "Piper." She whispered. "There's poison." She slumped into the girl before her.

Frost lept over the beasts tail again and launched an ice bolt at it. the ice bolt struck but it shattered on the monsters scales. She lept up the rocks to get some distance but the creature was enraged and fully focused on her.

Zol’s expression was grim, but on the beasts next lunge he blocked it again with a wall of light. The thing roared in frustration, throwing out its frills on its neck it gazed at the company maliciously through its golden eyes. “I can only hold the wall for so long.” panted Zol, “You must aim for its weaker parts. It’s eyes and throat.”

Frost nodded then Lunged for its face, Shifting she took a dagger out of her coat and drove it into the creatures eyes. it howled in pain throwing her into the rock "Solara shield!" she screamed the incantation as her aura formed a firey shield around her as the creatures paws slammed down on top of it.

Citra raised a wobbly arm, gasping and still leaning heavily on Piper, but determined. A few more blackflame arrows formed the air around her and shot of towards the points Zol had said to aim for. She wasn't sure if they hit as she closed her eyes and passed out.

The creature let out a long and anguished scream, and galloped back to where it had come, wailing as it did so.

Zol leaned heavily on his staff, near collapsing. “Bring her to me.” He whispered exhaustedly.

Frosts sheild shattered at the blow but she was safe as the creature ran off into the woods. She lay back against the rocks panting in exhaustion from the amount of effort it took to create that shield.

Piper still kept on her hand the wound, trying harder than ever to somehow wash the poison out of her system. Her words grew louder and louder, water forming at her hand, desperate to save her friend. "Don't use your powers, it'll only weaken you," she whispered in between chanting.

Zol stumped over, leaning on his staff as he went. “Out of my way.” he said to her.

Piper glared at Zol. "No. You may have a thing for her, but I'm in the middle of healing." she seethed, her breath coming out in pants. Holding two hands over the wound now, Piper forced the water to go through Citra's system, trying to cleanse it. It doesn't feel pretty, but that's the only way to get rid of it.

“I know what I’m doing.” He said between gritted teeth. He knelt down besides Citra and laid a hand on her bloody shoulder, the poison still seeping from the wound. His hand began to glow and the flesh began to return to its normal hue. “Good.” breathed Zol. Then he passed out.

"So do I," she snarled, the light glinted off her teeth. Piper glared at him as he healed her. "Of course my healing's not good enough," she growled. Standing up, she walked (or more like stomped) over to Frost, and started to check her wounds.

Frost sat up as Piper came over to her, "Dont worry about me, all i have is a couple of bruises and scrapes…" she said propping herself up "and none of them are from the monster.."

"Are you sure? I can heal regular wounds too, if you want?" Piper said, cocking her head.

(She should wake up groaning, scaring the crap out of everyone, and get knocked out lol)
