"We should….." He forced himself to pull away, all messy hair and dimpled cheeks. "That's enough for now." Tossing her a mischievous grin, he moved to turn away.

“Hey, wait a second!” Kasey exclaimed incredulously. She grabbed his arm and pulled him back sharply, placing a quick, hard kiss on his lips. “Okay. Now we’re done.”
"For now," he repeated, smirking. "Glad you enjoyed that, hm?"
Kasey’s cheeks flushed again at his teasing. “Yeah, yeah… You did, too…”
"Oh, one hundred percent." Barry ruffled his hair, already messy from the time Kasey had spent mussing it. "That's what you get for stealing chocolate.. you're lucky I didn't just tease you relentlessly instead."
“Oh, shuddup,” Kasey mumbled, though she was smiling a bit at the state of his hair. She liked his hair messy like that, she decided. It was very attractive, especially when she knew that she was the reason it was that way.
"Make me." He flashed a smirk before turning towards their luggage. "Right, let's get going!"
Kasey blushed again at his words before huffing and pushing herself off the wall. She grabbed her backpack and sling it over her shoulder. “Anything else I can carry?”
"Nah, it's fine, I got everything," he assured her, humming as he hoisted his bag up onto his back.
(skip?)
(Sure. To when they’re at the camp?)
Sure)
Kasey glanced around the campsite for a good place to put there tent. It was starting to grow dark, so they needed to hurry. Finally, she spotted a good place and pointed it out to Barry. “That spot looks good. It’s flat and on high enough ground.”
Barry nodded, dragging their luggage behind him. “Fantastic.” He inhaled deeply, the fresh, cool air filling his lungs.
“Let’s set up the tent now do that we’re ready before dark,” Kasey said, turning to smile at him.
“Agreed.” He grinned, setting the bundle down. “How do we do this again..? Haven’t done this in ages..”
“Maybe we should have practiced before coming,” Kasey murmured, chewing on her lip as she pulled the tent out and looked at it. “There are instructions in here, right?”
(Ba-da-bing, ba-da-boop!)
(Sorry
I’m sorry)
“I definitely hope so— aha!” Barry brandished a folded sheet of instructions, unfolding it with a flourish.
(Lol. Don’t worry about it. I’m just impatient.
Also, morning! How’re you?)
Kasey looked over and breathed a sigh of relief. “Oh, thank goodness… Okay, so it looks like the metal poles stick into each other in certain places…”
(sorry I keep being incredibly inconsistent with our rps… I'll stop I promise. Just stress and stuff so I usually only check the most recently updated chats at the top of my unread. Sorry)
(I'm…………..… not great tbh. You?)
Barry snickered suggestively, though he quickly silenced his inner thirteen year-old and got to work. "Right.. like this?"
(It’s okay, don’t worry about it! I’d rather you take care of yourself first than RP.
Sorry… Anything I can help with?
I’m okay. Tired, my lower back hurts from standing for 7 hours straight (work). Otherwise I’m good.)
Kasey raised an eyebrow at Barry, muttering “boys” under her breath.
“Yes, Barr. And the whole thing should just pop up as soon as we’re done,” she continued, helping him with the tent.
(oof sorry, you should probably lay down
idk, probably not. It's one of those crashes, y'know? when you've been happy for a few days? you know what I'm rambling I'll stop)
Another snicker escaped Barry. "Yes ma'am."
(I’ve gotta go to a meeting… And grab a snack to bring before I go there…
I hope you’re feeling better soon… Let me know if I can ever help with anything, ‘kay?)
Kasey stuck her tongue out at Barry, playfully shoving him in the arm. “Don’t call me ma’am… Just help me out the tent up, would you? That way we can do all the stargazing and anything else we want.”
(oof gl
thanks, autumn, you too)
He saluted with a lopsided grin. "Yes miss!" Bending down, he began to lift the tent.
(Thanks. :)
Kasey sighed dramatically and draped herself over his back, so that their back were together. “Barrrrrryyyyyyy…” she whined.
He let loose a chuckle. "Kaseyyyyyyyyyy."
“You’re mean,” Kasey chuckled. “Are we done yet?”
"Yeah, we're done." Barry carefully straightened, taking hold of her arm. "Home sweet home.."
Kasey giggled a bit and stood up straight as well. “Let’s put our things inside so we’re done, then,” she said before kissing his cheek.
He grinned, ruffling her hair and holding the entry flap open. “Ladies first.”
