“Aww.” Barry slipped his arms beneath her and lifted her back up, resuming their former position.

(I have, yes… I guess it works. Lol. I was just making sure that's what you meant.)

Kasey blinked, laughing lightly. "I wasn't expecting you to do that!"

(Sorry….. I see it quite a bit so I guess I picked up on it..)

“What, did you think I was going to let you go anywhere?” he teased, kissing her nose.

(Lol. Don't worry about it; I just have a thing about words sometimes.)

"Mm, well maybe I should go somewhere," Kasey teased with a small grin. "I could go run around in the rain."

Barry playfully tightened his grip on her, raising an eyebrow. "I wouldn't cuddle you if you were drenched in rainwater.. so your loss."

(I see that "sorry" there… It's all right, really. I just confuse myself sometimes.)

"Well, you'd just have to deal, wouldn't you?" Kasey joked, leaning forward to bump their noses together.

Barry pouted theatrically. "And here I thought you loved me….."

(Lol. I know, you've said that before. It's okay, don't worry about it. I mostly ignore the sorry's, anyway, if you've already said it once.)

Kasey grinned and pecked his lips quickly. "I do! And you could totally join me!"

(right yeah)

"Out there?" Barry laughed, shaking his head. "No thank you."

"Aw, why not?" Kasey whined playfully, pouting at him. "C'mon, it'll be fun."

"No, it will not. Besides…." Here, he smirked and ruffled her hair. "I just got you warmed up, you'll freeze again out there."

Kasey rolled her eyes, blushing again. “M’kay… Fine…” she acquiesced, not meeting his eye from being slightly flustered.

"I'm glad we agree." Barry blew her a small kiss. "Wasn't I going to read to you?"

"If you want. Otherwise, we could just lay here and cuddle and talk," Kasey said with a shrug, smiling over at him again.

"Mmmmm………… I'm indecisive. It's up to you." Barry gave a tilt of his head and a small smile.

Kasey groaned and rested her forehead against his chest. "I don't know either, Barr… Just do something."

"Kaseyy…" he complained light-heartedly. "Fine, I'll read. What do you want me to read to you?"

"Hm… I think I've got a collection of The Chronicles of Narnia in my bag. Does that sound good?" Kasey asked, reaching for her bag.

Do we want to do more camping or skip to after, when he asks her to move in with him?)

Alright! Maybe they just got back to Barry’s dorm and are eating dinner?)

Kasey yawned as she sat down beside Barry in his dorm room to eat. It had been a long trip back from the campsite, and she was glad that they were finally eating. They had finished off the last of their food for breakfast that morning, so they had stopped somewhere and gotten a light lunch on their way back.

Barry leaned over to press a kiss to her cheek, stifling yet another yawn and reaching for his fork. “How’re you feeling?”

"Tired," Kasey chuckled softly as she leaned into him. "It was a long drive home. Mind if I sleep here tonight?"

“Not at all,” he murmured with a smile. Pressing another kiss to the top of her head, he inhaled deeply, trying to work up the courage to speak.

"Great," Kasey said with a grin as she lifted a forkful of food to her mouth, completely oblivious to his plight.
