When Princess Amira Sultan is told she is to be married to a prince she's never met before, she is, to say the least, not happy. And in a move she feels she should have made years ago, she runs away.
A year later, and she's thriving. Free from the restraints of overbearing royal requirements, a cold hearted mother, and a father who never really looks her in the eyes, she's living a life she had only dreamed of. And she's starting to fall in love on top of it. Finding herself among a small group of outcasts on an island kingdom essentially made up of criminals, Amira is among like-minded people, and the man who stole her sword the first time they met is slowly stealing her heart as well.
And then things go wrong. Word from the West is that her mother is starting something. Something that spells disaster for the people of the country Amira fled, and that could spell disaster for her new people too. So the only logical thing to do?

Alright! OOF uhm….I don't have time to type up a long thing, but basically it's the elementals, and… here's the universe lol: Elementals. And yeah. Buck is the main character, Thae is his cousin, and Jasper/Lielson is his best friend. So the world got taken over by an evil enchantress named Ravenna, and Buck, Jasper, and a bunch of other people are assembling a revolution/rebellion. Plot is weird and I'm a pantser, so hard to explain because I only have a super rough idea. But Buck finds the four elementals, who were essentially frozen in time for a while, and then discovers that he is the fifth elemental. They defeat Ravenna, but Thae and the Wind elemental die.
Ah, a fellow pantser! I tried getting through a vague outline and made it about past exposition before never finishing. I'll check out the universe!
