what I meant was that I didn’t want questions from people is the reason that I didn’t release the song. It would’ve made people wonder because of the bad place I was in at the time

I get that, that’s one of the reasons I don’t share my music because a lot of it is about personal experiences no one knows I’ve gone through. I especially don’t want my close family to ask questions because I fear the replies would break their hearts

I write songs! Here is my latest one.

Everyone needs an anchor
Someone to give them strength
What about the anchor?
They’re drowning on the ocean floor!

aaaaaAAAAAAAaaaaaaaA

Anchor!
Anchor!
Give your strength away!
Anchor!
Anchor!
Left down here to decay!
Anchor!
Anchor!
Filled with seething rage!
Where is your anchor?
Drowning under the weight of your tears!

Everyone needs an anchor
But when you are that one
You carry their weight
Of guilt and pain, but have none to take your own

aaaaaAAAAAAAaaaaaaaA

Anchor!
Anchor!
Give your strength away!
Anchor!
Anchor!
Left down here to decay!
Anchor!
Anchor!
Filled with seething rage!
Where is your anchor?
Drowning under the weight of your tears!

We have none to share with
isolated on the ocean floor
so down here we wait
till we are no more!

Anchor!
Filled with seething rage!
Where is your anchor?
Drowning under the weight of your tears!

Try to pull us up
But our chain's around our neck
swinging in the breeze
never coming back!

Anchor!
Anchor!
Give your strength away!
Anchor!
Anchor!
Left down here to decay!
Anchor!
Anchor!
Filled with seething rage!
Where is your anchor?

Hanging above their watery grave!

Agreed…there's more to this one but yeah

White is for innocence lost
For pills and snow and unknown cost
Blue for slow, endless approach
For infinities of calm encroach
Red for chaos, swords and wielding
For scorching tears and words unyielding
Yellow for stubborn denial
For sunny lies and phones undialed
Green for watching all alone
For bright breezes and silky stone
Purple for wild, dancing minds
For marching down walls unconfined
Orange for rough and slimy thoughts
For blood sliding around monsters caught
Gray for drifting in old silence
For ghosts threatening future violence
Pink for pretty, empty sunsets
For smooth perfume and small, unsaid threats
Brown for unreadable eyes
For rotting corpses in disguise

That’s the exact reason I don’t want people knowing about that song because people would be asking questions and I don’t want to have to revisit those memories; I already did it once and that was with my best friend but the way she handled it made it so much easier

being bullied for nearly 2&a-half years almost completely destroyed me and my family has no idea about how far it went

oh my god this flows so well! I don't know how to describe it but I just read it aloud and it just rolls of the tongue my god! this is amazing

@croccin-champagne

Do you remember, who we were that summer?
Remember all the…things we said.
Well I've got file upon file, of broken promises.
And your name, is on almost every one.

My sneakers held together
With ducktape and glue.
And the way that your eyes sparkled
As the summer breeze blew.

It was us against the world
Oh just you and me, and I'd give anything
For us to be

Young again, with the wind in our hair
Young again, when we didn't have a care.
Your hand in mine, chasing the stars
Back before we were both broken hearts

Broken promises, empty picture frames
A locket with our photos, the memories we made.
Capture fireflies in a mason jar
Jumping over sidewalk cracks, thought we'd make it far

That's as far as I've gotten lmao
