He looked into her eyes, feeling a relief fill him. "Y-you don't?" He asked seeming surprised, and delighted at the same time.

“Not at all.” She says letting go of his wrist, knowing she never liked being grabbed by the wrist. “But….I don’t have a lot of self control.” She’s says quietly

He went in and hugged her. He didn't care at the moment- he was just glad she wasn't but mad.

“If you stay I feel like I lose control and give into my temptations, and I don’t want that to hAppen…” she says hugging him back, biting her lip

He couldn't help himself, he pulled away slightly, and looked into her eyes. "Izz- I… I think I-" He was such a mess. He couldn't just spit it out, he needed to, but couldn't. 'Come on Brett- You can do it!' He took a deep breath and tried to just speak. *'Izz- Really, I think….maybe… you maybe just maybe…"

"You alright? You're stammering all over the place" she says with a little chuckle, trying to make light of something in this conversation.

He took a deep breath and looked into her eyes. "I think I do- like you that is. I think I may have fallen, deep." He said as smooth as he could.

"Wait…" She looked away from his eyes and bit her lip. Her face turned red and she let out a little squeal, burying her face into his chest.
"Really?"

He was shocked he was able to get it out and nodded dumbfounded. "Yeah- I think I do."

She hugged him tightly, her face a ferocious red. How could he like her? She was so….weird. Rude and stuck up, making inappropriate jokes all of the time and making him uncomfortable. She didn't look half as good as the rest of the girls…anywhere.
Was it just because she was there for.him and she was nice to.him?

He hugged her tight and felt giddy on the inside. He couldn't believe it, he found someone who liked him. He hoped it wasn't just for looks- but she didn't seem the type. Though he wouldn't say he was the best looking out there, she had complimented him several times. He was grinning ear to ear to be honest.
"S-so does that mean…." He pulled her away just enough to look at her. "Would you- I don't know- maybe wanna, go out? With me? On a date?"

She laughed a bit at his awkwardness. "Oh you're adorable. For what, the….third time?" She says with a giggle. She kissed his cheek happily.

He smiled at her softly. "So is that a yes?" He asked eagerly.

"Of course" she giggled some. "Where should we go?" She asks ruffling his hair. Though she stayed in his arms. She loved being in his arms.

(My internet is driving me crazy- AND I HAVE PEOPLE OVER SO MY ESCAPE ISN'T WORKING!!)

He thought for a minute. "Well- we gotta go somewhere special- what's something special to you?" He asked rubbing her back gently.

(Agh, I'm sorry! I have to go socialize and hopefully i can escape TT^TT)

"Well…other than you," she says, teasingly running her finger up his bicep, then down his chest with a smile. "I mean, it's Christmas. So let's go to like a party or something. Wait…no nevermind. That didn't turn out great last time. Are you okay by the way?" She asks getting distracted
It was pretty obvious to anyone who talked to her az much as Brett, that she was pretty ADD

He smiled softly as she ran her fingers up and down his chest. "I'm fine, how about we go to munch favorite restaurant? Then we could go to get ice cream and walk through the park!" He said smiling. He was a fantasizer, that much was obvious. "We could watch the stars- wait it'll be cold outside… then we can go get coffee! And go to the planetarium!" He continued to ramble excited.

"Oh, now im super excited! That sounds amazing!" She says with a little bounce and a wide smile.

He started giggling like a little kid. "I just can't wait- you're perfect- and I'm totally in love with you." He said leaning down and pecking her lips:

Her eyes widened, but she kissed him back. "Im far from perfect. I have no idea how you fell for me." She laughed a little bit.
With all of her insecurities weighing her down all of the time, she would just cover it up.
But with Brett it all melted away

"What do you mean? I find you perfect, doesn't that count for anything?" He asked quietly lacing his fingers with hers. "I really do think I've fallen in a deep love. How else could that happen if I didn't think you were perfect for me?"

"Alright. I don't know if there's any point in arguing with you. Although you're more perfect than i could ever be." She says running her hands through his soft hair.

He stuck his lower lip out. "Now that isn't true in the slightest." He said leaning down a bit laying his headband on hers.

"Im starting to think youre a liar" she says poking his nose teasingly.
"Well i need to go get ready for the day anyway. You do to, so let's go get your apartment unlocked" she says ruffling his hair

"How about you stay here and get ready and meet me down stairs in the office when you're done." He smiled as she pet his hair.

"Alright. See ya down there" she smiled, grabbing his face and kissing his forehead. She knew if she kissed his lips here she wouldn't have any control over her self. So she didn't.

He smiled and pecked her lips before pulling away and heading out the door. "See you." He waved walking out the door. He stopped and leaned against the door and fist pumped to himself feeling extra good now… he just got a girlfriend, and she was awesome!

Once the door shut she let out a little squeal of happiness and laid down on the couch, though quickly jumping up. "Nico! Guess what!" She called for him as he came out if her room.
Oh right, we slept on the couch. Huh" she says looking at the couch, then back to Nico with a smile. "Brett likes me! Oh gosh…. What am i supposed to do with myself!?" She says petting him.

Brett let out a deep breath and skipped his way down to the office, in a very chipper mood. (Ack sorry it's short, I'm not sure what else to write.)
