Experiment 5019, the Apex Predator. She was a terror when you were running from her, but otherwise she was pretty harmless. She loved the taste of flesh, but didn't strictly need it fresh and could manage on carrion. When General Scientist 5019, or Ruby Reese, threw the remains of one of her failed experiments into the beast's enclosure, she was reminded of how her Apex could be so entrancingly brutish. The second the beast got a whiff of meat, she started jumping, wings clipped to prevent her from flying up and away and escaping. "Apex, you'll have to be polite this time. The Comrades don't like it when you spill blood everywhere, it makes too much mess. I won't give you anything until you act more… cultured, I suppose."

"Give it! Piece of shit scientist, I should devour you!" Apex said, and when she finally calmed down enough to feed the General dumped down onto the ground below the twisted mess of her last experiment-failed, as previously stated. Leaving Apex to feast away, the General next went down to the Fifth Wing, where the other experiments that could actually behave were kept. "Good morning, Major." she nodded to Arabelle curtly.

“Morning, General,” Arabelle said without looking at her. She was currently checking Experiment 7077, or Chameleon’s, vitals. She gripped a coffee mug in her hand, frequently sipping from it as if it was her life force. The boy was in his enclosure, which was modeled after a small jungle gym so he wouldn’t get bored (Chameleon getting bored is probably the Major’s greatest fear). He was chowing down on a bowl of dry cereal, on top of a bar that he liked to hang and swing from. His vitals were normal, so Major Collins quickly documented them and then quickly moved to her desk. She set down her mug and began typing furiously at her computer.
