@Calanthe

(Perhaps they meet again maybe on the trains? Maybe a little while later, maybe a whole awkward trying to find a seat thing happens?)

@Calanthe

(Oki doks)

Adrien woke up late in the morning, they checked their clock and almost freaked out, then remembered, it was a Saturday. They had absolutely no classes, or work or really anything to do at all. They rolled themself out of their bed making sure not to knock over any of their many journals which contained random equation and ideas for experiments. They got dressed quickly and decided to go out to eat, after feeding their bird Moose, they then headed out. The only restaurant that was still serving breakfast at this point was halfway across town, and although it was a beautiful day, Adrien was not in the mood to walk. They headed towards the train station and paid for a ticket. Suprisingly enough a train was there, almost as if was waiting on them. Adrien ran on and looked around for a seat, but the place was jammed packed with people. Then just when he had resigned himself to standing the whole time a seat opened up, and they rushed towards it, just as they were about sit down another person took the seat. Adrien glared at the person, then recognized them, "Oh,uh, nice to see you again Marcus. . ."

@moss

Marcus looked up startled by hearing his name. His eyes settled upon a familiar face and his memory went back to the day at the cafe. "Adrien, right?" Said Marcus, remembering the person's name. He quickly noticed Adrien's angered expression, "I'm so sorry! Were you going to sit here?" Marcus got up and offered his seat to Adrien.

@Calanthe

"Oh, uhm no, it's uhm fine. . ." Adrien stuttered a little bit, and motioned for Marcus to sit back down, "It's fine, I'll be getting off soon, you can have the seat." To prove his point he grabbed onto one of the handrails, "See? It's no big deal at all."

@moss

"Are you sure?" Asked Marcus as he sat back down awkwardly. "So, uh, where are you heading?" He said, trying to ease the mood.

@Calanthe

Adrien nodded and looked around anxoiusly, this was making him feel a bit awkward, and he figured that the other guy was feeling it too. Nervously he fidgeted with his ponytail before turning his attention back to Marcus, "Oh, just out to eat, I was too lazy to cook something, so, well, you know." He said shrugging, "What about you?"

@moss

"Yeah, um, I'm just going to the library to return some books," said Marcus, pointing to the stack of books on his lap. "I might check out some new ones too," he continued. He took out on of the books from the stack, "This one was really good and I heard there's a sequel and the author–," he stopped, noticing he was starting to ramble. He looked down at the ground nervously. "Sorry, I was just…"

@Calanthe

"No no no, you can continue, I don't mind, actually, I don't mind at all. What series is this?" Adrien was actually interested, with all his classes going on he hadn't been able to go to the library in a while, at least for himself. He had gone plenty of times, but always for one of his classes, or to study for a test, "It looks interesting."

@moss

Marcus looked up at Adrien, surprised. People were not usually interested whenever he'd talk about books. "It's called The Curse," he replied, with a small smile on his face. "I was gonna say, the author's coming for a book signing next month. I'm a big fan of her work."

@Calanthe

"Oh, that must be really cool, are you going to go see her and get your books signed?" Adrien was sort of curious, the books did sound interesting, and it was time he started a new series." His stomach growled loudly, and looked away, "Oh, uhm sorry about that, I guess I am a bit hungry, would you care to join me for. . ." He checked his watch, "Brunch? The restaurant I'm going to is close to the library."

@moss

"Are you sure?" asked Marcus, "I don't want to bother you." He was surprised that Adrien had invited him, as they barely knew each other. However, Adrien seemed nice and Marcus did want to get to know them better.

@Calanthe

(Don't worry about it))

"Yeah, why not, we seem to keep on running into each other, so might as well do something about it, right?" They said with a shrug and a smile, "I mean, if you don't feel comfortable it's alright, I won't be offended at all, in fact, I do understand." And his awkward rambling appeared again.

@moss

"Oh, it's fine. I'd be happy to join you!" He said, looking up at Adrien with a shy smile. "So, uh, what do you like to do?"

@Calanthe

Adrien shrugged, "Just sciencey stuff really. It used to be just a hobby and stuff, but now I'm considering becoming a chemist or physicist honestly. I'm not sure exactly." He sighed happily as he thought about it, "What about you?"

@moss

"Yeah, science is really interesting," Said Marcus. "I'm not too good at it though," He laughed nervously. "Umm, I really like to read, as you've learned. I also like history and just learning about the past and how the world has evolved. I think I'd want to be a teacher."

@Calanthe

"Oh, that's cool, I think so at least, I mean, I think so at least. I'm not too much of a history person, but I like it so…" He said with a shrug," Being an actual teacher, man, that's tough." He said with a light chuckle, "I'm sure that you'll be a good teacher." He said with a smile, looking down at the other boy, "I'd like to do something like that, but I'm good at teaching, I like working with science though."
