"An' tha's exactly why I shouldn' trust ya." Morrigan said, an empty and cold laugh leaving her. After a moment, she used the gun to motion down the hallway. "I couldn' give less o' a shit what happens t' you, but I ain't got no beef with your crew. They don' need dragged into this. If ya can get me off o' the ship, I'll divert the Blade's attention."
Iniko crossed his arms. "This place is a labyrinth. Only I and a few off my crew know the way around. You'll get lost. Guaranteed."
"Tha's why I'm acceptin' your damn help. No' sure how ya make a ship this small tha' confusin', though." Morrigan muttered the last sentence under her breath, before returning to glaring at the captain. "If ya don' wanna die, lead the fuckin' way."
Iniko stuck his hands out, crossing his arms over. He wanted Morrigan to shake them, make sure she wasn't going to do anything drastic. As she took his hands, they were covered in a thick casing of water, up to their elbows. "Siren's and Mermaid's promise."
