Kaito looked at the other again. "Yeah…?"

“ no it's not, tell me.”

"I…I don't know…" Kaito answered. "I just…kinda ran out of breath…and now my chest hurts…"

“ come here,” he said softly

Kaito went over to Shuichi. "I'm not sure what you want, but I'm here…" he replied, a bit worried about what was happening to him.

Shuichi hugged him gently and kissed his head

Kaito hugged the other back, enjoying the interaction. However, after a moment, he reached a realization as his pain worsened. "I…I may know what's going on with me…"

“ what's wrong bay?”

"If you remember from high school…I think it's the same issue from back then…" Kaito explained, sighing. "I don't think it's as bad as it was in high school. I mean, there's no blood, so it won't kill me. Don't worry…! I'm sure the chest pain and shortness of breath will fade soon…!"

Shiuchi sighed and kissed kaito all over

Kaito blushed at the other's actions, but he felt himself growing weaker as the moments passed. "Shu…I…I dunno how much longer I'll be able to stand up… Just…don't panic…! I'll be fine…!"

“ hospital, now”

Kaito shook his head. "H-hey…it's not that bad…" he attempted to assure the other. "Please…I'm okay…"

“ no it's bad, please, listen to me”

"Shu…I don't wanna argue…" Kaito sighed. "I just…I don't like hospitals… I don't wanna go…"

“ you have to”

Kaito shook his head again. "I…I'm not dying… I-I'll be fine…" he attempted to assure the other, trying to convince him of that since the thought of going to the hospital scared him.

“Baby please!”

Kaito sighed softly as he collapsed into the other. "O-okay…but only because I don't wanna argue… I…I'm just scared…"

“ okay..”

Kaito sighed. "I…I can't even walk anymore…s-so let's go…"

Shiuchi picked Kaito up and walks with him

Kaito didn't argue with the other's actions since he didn't have the energy to do that. He didn't want to start an argument with Shuichi, either. He just fell into silence for a bit before he started coughing.
