( @writers_goddamn_block have you vibe checked another person's character? Also @NotSoBeautifulDiseaster can your vibe checks just be better and not extremely basic? I get that you have a lot of characters that you want vibe checked but at least put a decent effort into your vibe checks.)

How do you mean put more effort in, I'm trying to do my best, do you have any yips

They're just extremely basic and contain absolutely zero information. You can maybe elaborate on just simple mundane things like how they like their coffee, how good their hugs are, if they suck at math or not, maybe something about a phase they went through in middle school or just some random hobbies they might have. Just have some good detail in there and not stuff that's obvious from the picture provided.

he/him

I very much want to give him a hug. Def has some sort of trauma and he acts like he's dealing with it well, but if you get him talking he's probably a mess, and I feel that. Also seems like the kind of dude that cares a lot about his hair and what he does with it. He's not a fan of bright colors, better with muted shades. I'm bad with coming up with names on the fly, but maybe an A or E name and probably something unconventional, for the lack of a better word.

Hmmm, Definitely went through a witch phase in high school when her overbearing mother finally let her watch The Craft. When she was eight or nine she would plan her wedding religiously to the point where it became a coping mechanism. Then she discovered in middle school that she was… eh, either Bi or a lesbian, and people made fun of her for it. That's when she started to dress really "slutty" to keep people away from her. It worked, but for her close group of other queer folks who she became the slutty, slutty ring leader of.
She tried to survive for an entire summer on nothing but sour gummy worms and monster energy drink but obviously failed and decided to drink water like a normal human person.
She used to daydream about setting things on fire as she failed math class, but did eventually get into a good college for a four-year degree in either political science or microbiology.
She thinks it's a stupid trend for people with freckles to hide them under makeup, she hates spicy food, and her name is either Elissa, Stacy or… I'm getting capital R vibes, but it's a really uncommon name. <3

Okay so I love everything you wrote and that genuinely might be her if she didn't have one hell of a rocky childhood and an even worse adulthood. The first section is 100% true and I feel that, but I might use the rest as headcanons. Her name's Madeline, but her middle name is Rosalind so you did technically get the unconventional capital R.

Nobody’s done this for a while, but…

She/Her

she gives me joyful vibes. she seems like the kind of friend who leads the group.
her name may be alice or juliet-
(sorry the vibe check is short, i'm no good at this sort of thing lmao)

She's a very quiet person, but as soon as she's comfortable, she is one of the loudest and funniest people in the room. She likes nature aesthetically, but she's never set foot outside of a city. They're very dependable but they break down in a crisis, and when I say break down I mean they shut down. Like 'stare at the wall and think about crying but don't actually cry' all catatonic-like.
She isn't much of a leader, but she knows what to do in a lot of situations. She might say she's a loner, but the needs at least one person around.
They like coffee shops and definitely read fanfiction, probably fluffy Lesbian Star-wars fics, but probably also the most mundane (as in domestic) fics for like… idk Lord of the Rings or something else with a rich fantasy world. If anyone ever found out that she read fanfic though, she might just have to move to a new town and change her name to Sylvia, doesn't even matter that she doesn't usually read smut.
She likes books especially, the bigger the book the more to hug anyways. Because of their affinity for big books, their arms are moderately toned even without them ever stepping foot in a gym.
She's the type of person to take notes, then copy those notes into a different notebook because that's her 'Xerox notebook' and she makes copies of all the pages systematically before filing them away in a color-coded-alphabetical-dewy-decimal-system-nightmare filing cabinet that makes grown librarians cry.
They like The Beatles because they went through a vintage phase in high school. She has, like three of their vinyls from her grandmother who was a fan back in the day. They're very close with their grandmother.
Their name is something with an 'S' maybe Sarah or Selene? I don't know It could also be Melanie or Rachel.

(Hey, I forgot to reply to this one, I'm so sorry)
You're a little bit off, but it fits well enough, yo.

The next confirmations will come in rapid succession bc i want to watch youtube:
Yes absolutely (has it, denies it club <3)
Yes, he loves his hair
No, does like bright colors, he's just always stealing his partners clothes and those are all in like shades of prison grey
and his name is Wilson
Love you! beleve in ur memes [E:o)] <– clown

you're spot on! her name is indeed Selene, and everything you described fits perfectly (besides the grandmother thing; she hates her grandmother lmao).

@sock group

There's no one to vibe-check so I'll just drop one in-

If she were in high school, I think her grades would be around average. Usually quiet but will talk your ear off once she gets to know you better. I don't know why, but she gives off like 90's-ish vibes. Probably the jacket. Speaking of the jacket, it likely has sentimental value, and she likes to wear it when she can. She likes soft things and is close with her grandma. Her bike's her main mode of transportation (though she hopes to get a motorcycle one day).
[Oops, I forgot to guess a name .-. I think her name would be something a little old-fashioned like Amelia or Sarah]

@sock group

Calm, gentleman, probably drinks tea at everymeal
the person you wish was your grandfather
reads old fashioned books
a name… probably arthur or something

Kind of accurate
I guess you could say he's calm
He's actually a coffee kind of person
Grandfather…? haha I guess he kind of looks old He's actually in his mid-twenties, but I agree- he does give off grandpa vibes
As for reading old-fashioned books, he would rather draw/journal than read, though he will read if it keeps his interest
This is Vota!

@Leshierian

she/her

She looks a bit shy and reserved, possibly unsure or critical.
Is mostly a pacifist but could kill if need be.
She's a summer person but doesn't hate other seasons.
She either has a lot of friends but not too many close ones or very few but they are all close.
She's an outdoors kind of person, likes fresh air and freedom.
For a name something starting with an S on an M, Megan or Sarah maybe.

@AloofFloof group

He/Him

He looks intelligent and curious. Gets good grades effortlessly but doesn't talk about it.
He's a bit anxious and easily startled. Enjoys a good fiction book, but isn't afraid to pick up a nonfiction book just to learn something new.
Also a little mischievous, but tends to get away with any trouble he causes.

@writers_goddamn_block group

he/him

the-captain

slut.
his favorite food is probably some kind of aphrodisiac like… idk twizzlers or somethin, and he lets EVERYONE know that "That's an aphrodisiac, you know."
He's been to japan once and it was a genuinely nice experience and it impresses people but he tells all the stories in a way that makes it sound just a tad douche-y.
I bet he plays harpsichord or viola or kalimba or flute.
he definitely has one of these
maybe a wine mom type? like casual alcoholism, but not in a frat-boy way. in like a sexy way
I've been giving him a bad rap so far though. He's a bit of a prick, but his motives are pure probably i bet.
oh also he hates truth-or-dare on principal, not good with kids, thinks that he's the only person in the world who's ever heard of mitski, and pays for premium of every website he's ever used.
tips waitstaff really well, but only ever eats salad in public because he told one of his exes he was vegan and "Can't risk it."
has way too many shoes, refuses to go into movie theatres but pretends he loves the opera (even though it's realll boring.)
calls everybody 'my dear' and 'darling'
name is something old english, like Edward or Elias, starts with either an E or a C, I feel like it ends in s or ie.
