Truthfully, it’s hard to imagine Dove enraged, but I think if she was, she’d make this face before unleashing the full extent of her powers into the world haha
Also, I took inspiration from the ‘not coloring in the eyes’ thing for Crow

Yeah, this wasn’t really about improving in expressions per se, but more about being able to express the same emotions in different ways :). Thanks for the compliments!

I got a new Carson notebook today! And walked a lot. I can feel the creative juices flowing to my brain together with the oxygen and blood! I'm in quarantine, home office, I don't remember the last time I went outside. Covid is suuuuuper bad in my country :(

Anyways, enough off topic! @4lagoon4 your expressions are so great.

@YukiSenoue Covid is pretty bad here too but just like the hashtag says; We’re in this together! So don’t be discouraged! The battle has been long and hard, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be won. That’s why claiming victory over these things brings it to pass! 💪 (Also thank you, and I can’t wait to see your pieces 🙌)

@ninja_violinist Thank you Ninja; I think my brain was struggling to find a middle ground between realism and cartoonism, now that I look at it. 😂 (I’m still not going to rush my pieces though.💀)

this seems fun and helpful, so I figured I'd join with at least a few rough sketches (being able to draw the same character consistently with different expressions is a distant future goal of mine at this point haha)

I've found it really hard to divorce facial expressions from body language, so I figured I'd just add in enough of the torso to make it legible
