New Winter close

A cool, steel and brick city with a shiny exterior that is seemingly perfect on the outside. Underneith this facade, however, lies a vastcriminal underbelly that spreads from the streets to the council. So much, that the police have given up trying to control.

Crime is rampant throughout the city, being much more focused in the downtown region and suburbs.

A small town built off of a dark history filled with drugs, beer, and gangs. It is now much quieter town, with a very diverse crime life underground.
