Is a shaped runic stone that uses the memory of the user to create a construct they want, the more vague the memory or lack of understanding the user has of the construct the more power is needed. if the construct is destroyed the user is left with a headache equal to the size and power used to create the construct , this is included to the base damage from using soul power.
