Nowadays, I mostly use this site for writing. Though I also write in google docs… I used to do a bit of writing in FanFiction.Net and still read a lot from there. I've also checked out AO3… Archive of our own. There's some good stuff there too.

I use Quotev to post my stories. I've never liked Wattpad because it's really hard for people to even see your writing because of how the whole site is structured.
I like Quotev because it's easy for people to read. You have as much an opportunity to be found as anyone else. There's no sponsoring or paid stories. If someone is interested in something, they can easily scroll through tags and find your story.
The people on there are really nice as well. I've always been unsure of my writing, and one of the people following my current story always compliments the new chapter in some way.

For reading, I really like Hoopla. You need a library card to use it, and you can only get like 10 things a month, but it's got movies, tv shows, music, audiobooks, ebooks, and comics. No wait lines, unlike with Overdrive or Libby; the selection isn't quite as big but it's still pretty good.
