Your character stumbles across an injured non-human individual and decides to take them in to help nurse them back to health.
That’s the general idea i’m going with here. Your character, a human, comes across my character, a Reaper, and decides to try and help him. Like the title says, this is mature and will be mlm, so if that’s something you’re not up for, then this isn’t the thing for you.

RULES

  • Rated MA for violence, gore, smut (will go to PMs)
  • Lengthy replies please, no 1 liners
  • Hate the character, not the writer
  • I reserve the write to say no to whoever. Pls don’t take it personally

MY CHARACTER
Name: Thatcher Wain.

Age: 1200 years old, though in human years would be considered about 24.

Gender: Male.

Sexuality: Pansexual.

Race: Caucasian, appears to be of French descent.

Species: Reaper

Appearance: (based off of https://www.instagram.com/shane.emmerson/ during the period of when he had his hair dyed white/platinum blonde). Has a scythe tattoo on his upper and inner right forearm, various scars across his skin from past injuries, and most notably, a large group of burn scars on almost his entire back and parts of his sides/ribcage. He stands at around 6'2 with a toned and slender build. Clothing wise, he is usually dressed professionally (as all Reapers are required to do) with a black button down top, black slacks, black dress shoes, and a black trench coat. On a more casual note, he would usually wear any color of sweatshirts and joggers with a pair of sneakers. with both of those outfits, he usually wears various silver rings, silver necklaces/chains, and different earrings. Bird wise, he is able to morph into a murder of crows.

Personality: More on the ambiverted sided of the spectrum. He is easy to talk to when first meeting, and while it takes a bit for him to open up and get deep, after doing so, he can freely be chatty and honest. He tends to be polite to most (except those he is sent to kill) and can almost seem motherly at times, He appears to be intimidating, but it is much more of an act, as he is really a kind hearted and tender individual under the façade he puts up. He tends to be more dominant with most, taking lead of conversation and other things, but under the right circumstances, he is comfortable being more relaxed and submissive with others. He is protective and clingy with his loved ones, and when his loyalty and trust is gained, he tends to be a 'ride or die' type of individual.

Likes: Nature, birds, Nike (more on her below), silver items, close friendships and other relationships, and listening to other's stories.
Dislikes: Deep water, sinners, large flames, and car rides.

Bio: Thatcher first came into existence around 1200 years ago. Around 500 years ago, he was caught up in the Salem Witch trials, and because people believed him to be a witch, those people caught him and tried to burn him at the stake (causing the burn wounds on his body). When that didn't work, they attempted to drown him, but he escaped and left to heal from his wounds and trauma. During that time (around 400 years ago), he came across an abandoned, runt of the litter hell hound. He took in the starving pup and raised her until the present. He gave her the name Nike. To human eyes, she takes the form of a black and brown doberman with cropped ears and tail. To non-humans, she appears similar- the only differences being that her eyes are a fiery red, her paws appear to be set aflame, and she has a long devils tail. In current times, he resides in the area he was assigned to find and dispose of those who are given to him.

Other: He isn't easily identified by those around him, and seems to be close to human by appearance. On a different note, when Nike is in her hound state, those who would be considered human cannot see her with the naked eye, but she can be seen by all in her human state.

INFO ON MY STYLE OF REAPER
Basics
Reapers are ancient beings that live to be around 4000 years old. They age very slowly. They are usually found in a certain designated sector that they are unable to leave. Reapers find themselves hunted, because the blood of a Reaper is a white gold like substance that is considered to e very valuable. They are also forcefully Bound to people for the person’s wishes (will explain below).

Abilities
They are able to kill some and heal others. Though they cannot do it as often as they please and to anyone they choose or else they will be faced with strict punishment. They stick to their designated sector. Names will appear on a slip of paper that they all carry, and whether the person should be killed or healed. After a Reaper completes this job, they will cross out the name and be assigned a new one. A Reaper can also shift into a certain flock of birds, which helps them to travel. They are unable to do this for long periods of time, though. They will also be given a certain weapon that they can take from a tattoo on their body, but the weapon is made of the metal that can kill them.

Binding a Reaper
Reapers can be summoned using a very specific spell and symbol. Once that is read, they are immediatly bound to that certain person. The person is able to write the names of who they want healed or killed on the slip of paper, and the Reaper would be forced to complete the task. For a Reaper, it is considered a form of slavery. The only way to break a bind is by killing the person the Reaper is bound to, or if the person gives the Reaper back their paper.

How to Trap/Injure/Kill a Reaper
To trap a Reaper requires a symbol drawn that they must stand in. If there is a break in the symbol, though, they can get free. To injure or kill a Reaper, it requires a certain metal. They can still get basic wounds that would kill a human, but it would not kill them. If you strike them with a weapon made of the metal fatally, it will kill them or cause extreme pain.

Hierarchy and Rules
All Reapers answer to the Council, a group of 10 elder Reapers that govern the species. They give out commands and punishments. There are tiers of other Reapers that are below the Council, and power is divided that way. If a rule is broken, the Reaper will face the Council for punishment. This can consist of things like suspension, lashings, or even executions. Reapers are sworn into a strict code of conduct to follow at birth, and many abide by it closely.
