@Cy here's the thread as promised! I copied all the information from the other thread down to here just to make it simple :D

The life of a spy is never easy, especially when things get tricky. Trust in your team weighs against the promise of torture, and choosing to get out easy could banish your loved ones to a life of pain. It's not a job for the weak of mind or of body. In the country of Outhila, that couldn't be more true. War has ravaged their country for close to a decade, and the opposing country of Bajhe seems no closer to surrender. The only upper hand that Outhila has is their spies. The spies are the best of the best, those with the strongest wills and strongest minds, and capturing these spies is rare.

It does happen though.

As Character A is out in the field one night, spying on a meeting that is crucial to the war, the worst happens. Before they know it, they're locked up in the country of their enemy. Character A is well aware that this could be the end, wether they spill any secrets or not. But they're strong. Or at least they think they are.

Character B is one of the most revered soldiers in the Bajhe army. They've led groups of men to victories that no one thought possible. But after one simple mistake, they're moved to the prisons. Getting information out of Character A is the most surefire way to get back their position. If only it was as easy as it sounded.

Hey y'all! I'm in the mood for another rp..obviously. I would prefer to be character A, and you would be playing Character B. This is most likely going to be some sort of whump like RP, and I want to stress again to be alright with blood, torture and various other themes before joining. May contain romance, if you prefer, but that will not be the main focus of this. If it is included, obviously it will be enemies to lovers. Any other questions just PM me or ask if you want to join, and I will also get a template up if preferred. (It will most likely be appearance, not much personality, so be ready to describe or have a picture)

@gracehustle

I may have a tiny love for them ngl as well….

Also, back on track. Are you good with a basic template? I really don't care about anything personality wise, as I like to reveal that, but I do like to have a solid grasp of what the character looks like.

@gracehustle

Alright! My characters will most likely be up in the morning as I feel like I'm about to fall asleep while typing, but I'll get them up as soon as I can.

@gracehustle

Name: Kyra Barrera
Age: 25
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Bi
Appearance: To start, Kyra has piercing turquoise blue eyes, close enough to green that they also could pass as it. Long, wavy black hair that easily falls to about her midback, but it's rarely ever loose (Normally it's twisted up into a low laying bun or a french braid) She has a sharp jawline and high cheekbones as well as a straight nose and pale pink lips. No freckles or scars reside on her face but there are plenty of scars on her body. Most are small, most likely from nicks from sharp objects or from falling, but there is one large one that runs along the right side of her abdomen, starting at the bottom of her ribcage and cutting down to her hip. Besides that, she has a small black flower tattoo on her left hip and no more significant marks. Kyra has pale skin that rarely gets any darker with sun exposure. Paired with a thin, wirey frame, she doesn't look much like a spy of any sort. Barely holds any visible muscle definition on her 5'9" frame, as well as no curves at all.
Basic Personality: Kyra is more of the silent type, not one to throw around taunts or do much more than gather information and keep it tucked away. She does speak, but it's rarely for fun unless she's exhausted or comfortable around the person. Will do just about anything to do her job, including lying, bargaining, using force and many other things.
*Other:
Good luck learning much about her past unless she trusts you.

@King_Cyrus

Name: Mars Aryel Baxton
Age: 28 years old
Gender: Cis male
Sexuality: Demi-romantic heterosexual who generally tries to imply that he has no interest in anyone whatsoever, but that's not necessarily true.
Appearance: He stands at an even 6'4" with broad shoulders and a strong build. He is a brick-wall of a man, a naturally large guy who has spent a lot of time ensuring that his body is in prime physical condition; his strength and agility are both important to him. He has fair olive skin and tattoos on his shoulders, stretching over onto his back and shoulder-blades. He has ample scars running along his body, mostly concentrated on his hands, arms, back, and legs— though a few noticeable ones can be found on his neck, and one particularly cuts through his left brow, seeming to stop short only right above his eye. He has dark eyes, sharp features (prominently the jawline), and straight teeth. His hands are large and strong, calloused, with either the ability to be gentle or brutal. He does not smile or show much emotion but tends to have a permanent scowl. His posture is often rigid and he takes slow, calculated steps when he walks.
Basic Personality: Mars is a determined man, if nothing else— but he also has a tendency to be ruthless in order to achieve his goals. He is a rough man, known for being far more efficient than gentle. He trusts no one and seems to hate almost everyone to some degree. He has a need to be successful and is completely offset by any sort of "failure." He is incredibly brave and values honesty. Though it's hard to earn, his loyalty is something that is hard to break once it's achieved. Perhaps he is a better man than he seems. Or perhaps he is far worse.

@gracehustle

(Definitely! I’ll warn you it might be a little while or not quite as long as I’d like since I’m on my phone atm, but I’ll get one up)

@gracehustle

(I had some time to update my starter for this and I like it much better than the other one)

Ending her night in an interrogation cell was the last way Kyra wanted to end her night. Especially a night that everything had been working close to perfectly. Besides the fact that she had been caught.

It really had been nothing more than a stupid mistake that led her to the situation she was in. One that involved listening in on an important Baje military meeting as well as a sneeze and some lost footing. It wasn’t her fault that the rafter she had taken a spot on had been extremely dust, and she told herself it wasn’t her fault that her allergies had to kick in while she was working.

It was her fault that she didn’t outrun her captors though, and it very much was her fault that she was now in here.

She glared at the two guards outside of her cell as she went over the night, ignoring the cold metal chains tightly locked around her hands and feet. She was essentially fastened to the wall by the chains on her hands that looped through the thick metal eyehole, an unneeded precaution as her feet were the same. Did they really think she was that much of a threat?

Maybe if the two idiots tasked with guarding her would come into the cell again and unhook at least her hands, she could strangle them and get some of her dignity back. That and maybe the movement would seep some heat back into her. Without her jacket, it was freezing in the cell. She only had on her tight-fitting leggings and a matching black t-shirt, along with no boots, and though winters in Outhila were colder than this, she was still freezing and shivering quite noticeably. They really tried their hardest to make this country inviting apparently.

The door was solid metal besides a set of bars to see-through at the top and the rest of the cell wasn't better. Cold concrete spattered with suspicious-looking stains and a single drain in the corner of the room. To make matters worse, there were several holes cut in the top of the walls, some holding dim lights. Others though, were open, leaving the entire room filled with freezing cold drafts of air.

@King_Cyrus

((I'M SO SORRY AHHH))

Mars' thick boots thudded loudly against the hard floor as he made his way down the corridor. Several guards followed behind him, weapons in hand as a precautionary measure. He stopped in front of the cell that housed their new prisoner, the spy that had been caught not long before. A bit of resentment stirred inside of him at the thought; he could've been on the field, fighting, or in the military meeting that this spy had been reported listening in on, strategizing for the war— but no. Instead he was here, dealing with prisoners. How underwhelming it was for a man who had been so used to being in the heat of a battle, a man who thirsted for a fight with those who would challenge what he stood for.

He inhaled, exhaled. Perhaps if he could channel his anger towards the situation into accomplishing something, if he could prove that he was as good as his superiors once believed him to be, he could make up for his previous failures and would be returned to his rightful position in the war.

Perhaps breaking this spy would be the first big step in accomplishing that goal.

He unlocked the heavy cell door. Metal grated against concrete as he shoved it open and glared at the prisoner in the room, his expression as stony and unmoving as the concrete walls around them. "Well, if we haven't gotten ourselves a spy from Outhila," he growled, his voice low and emotionless.

@gracehustle

(It's alrighttt)

Kyra shivered as she turned to study the chains fastening her to the wall, pulled out of her task by the sound of footsteps outside her cell. If the steps hadn't gotten her attention, the noise of the door opening would've. Concrete and metal scraping against each other in a way that she didn't like at all. Thankfully, she didn't show any of her discomforts, just kept her face blank as a large male entered her cell. Oh, joy.

She didn't speak as the hulk of a man growled out a sentence, but plenty of snarky responses floated around in her head. The man was built like a wall, not someone she wanted to mess with in this situation or really any. And so, like always, staying quiet was the best defense. All she had to do was stay quiet and strong until her commanders found out about her capture. Then she would be rescued. At least, that's what she figured would happen. If this bonehead didn't deliver the killing blow to her in the next few minutes.

@King_Cyrus

Mars let out a short huff and took several steps towards her, trying to evaluate everything he could about her at first glance. Unfortunately, there wasn't much for him to gather, except for the obvious. She was a spy from Outhila, fairly young but possibly well-ranking considering what an important meeting she had been caught listening to. Perhaps a valuable piece for the Outhila army? Surely they wouldn't send their rookies and expendables on such an important assignment?

"Hm. Not even a greeting." He stopped, rubbing his fingers along his lightly-stubbled, unshaved jaw. "Good. Let's not get caught up in procedural niceties." He sniffed absently, going silent for a moment as he looked at her. "Your name. What is it?"

@gracehustle

Kyra raised an eyebrow at his question, the only sliver of emotion shown on her face. He really asked her what her name was? Did he think she was stupid enough to give it out? He could give her whatever name he wanted, or he could try harder to get it out of her. Or maybe, he would try the tactic of giving out his own name and asking for hers. Any of the options were fine, as they would get him no closer to his goal.

She couldn't quite hide the next shiver from the cold from this idiot, but it was mostly because she was practically pressed against a freezer of cold concrete. In a situation where she wasn't frozen, to begin with, the feeling would've been nice, but now it was just like pressing ice cubes to an already frozen object.

@King_Cyrus

Mars' expression remained unchanging, except for a small twitch of the lip that seemed to be more of a tic rather than any sort of emotional response. "Mm. As expected. You're prolly gonna try to be one a' those prisoners, right?" He scratched his neck. "That's okay. Annoying at first, but more interestin' in the long run. You think if you say nothing, you'll protect whatever information it is you got? Maybe aggravate me with your silence 'til I give up and leave ya be? No. But there's no point in worryin' over it. I'll break you, and you'll spill eventually. Be faster on both of us if you get over with quick, but I'm fine with dragging it out if you prefer."
