We can discuss genres, rules, triggers, plots, etc. once someone shows interest. I'm dying of boredom and need to do something aside from actively wait for my problems to solve themselves.

Hello! I'm looking to get more experienced with RPing here, may I join please?

@King_Cyrus

Abso-frickin'-lutely.
Welcome!

A couple questions to get us started:

  • Any rules you would like to set? Do you have any triggers or things you would like to avoid?
  • Is there anything specific you want to focus on? (i.e., romance, fluff, action, darker stuff, etc.)
  • What genres do you like? (Sci-fi, fantasy, crime, realistic, etc.)

Really just any explicit sex stuff, jokes or conversations about the subject are fine. Also, I don't like people being force-fed unless we've discussed the scene beforehand.

@King_Cyrus

Alright, no problemo! My only request is that the language isn't too vulgar or anything. Like I don't mind some innuendos, jokes, etc. but I'd rather the language stay around a PG-13 level. Just nothing too extreme if ya know what I mean. I'm pretty chill though so nothing else specific comes to mind!

As for genres, I'm pretty chill about what we do with that too. Not big on demony stuff, but otherwise I can roll with just about anything.

That's all fine by me! I don't tend to make my characters swear anyways. Maybe something like, superhero? I don't know, I don't have many ideas.

It can be as dark as we want as long as we avoid each other's triggers though.

@King_Cyrus

Considering that I am a huge geek for all things superhero, I absolutely vote yes to superhero stuff. I like both dark and fluff, so we could do a little bit of both if you want. Whatever we're in the mood for is fine with me, honestly! And since we have similar rules for this I don't think we'll have a problem with crossing the trigger-boundary.

If you want, I can get us some superhero prompts. Before I do, though, I just have a question. Do you prefer it to be romance, no romance, or just freestyle and see if the characters fit together or not? Also if you have any prompts or suggestions feel free to throw them out there as well!

Um, maybe like, aim for romance but if it turns out they work together better as friends do that?

Some Rando Superhero Prompts

  • In a superhero-centered society, two superheroes are rivals competing with each other for popularity… until a new threat forces them to team-up.
  • A small-time villain is constantly thwarted by a popular superhero. No matter how hard the villain tries, the superhero always beats them. Angry with this, the villain decides to team up with a more powerful villain, one that the hero can't beat… only to discover that this new villain is much more evil and diabolical than even the smol villain ever would've imagined. Now the villain must team up with the hero to stop this new threat from destroying them all.
  • The classic cliche where a high-school or college student becomes a superhero and tries to hide it from his/her crush/best friend, except the crush/best-friend figures it out the first time the hero saves them because "Timmy, I recognize your voice and mannerisms; don't even try to tell me that's not you."
  • An amnestic super-soldier or cyborg created in a laboratory with no memory of his/her past and little to no knowledge of how the world actually functions stumbles upon a geeky college student with no friends and an all around sad life. In what I imagine to be a combination of dark and humorous events, the two become very close, outrun their pasts, and together become a duo of superheroes using the experiment's strength and the student's wit.
  • A superhero develops an unhealthy crush on a supervillain, but the supervillain is easily flustered and doesn't know how to respond, which leads to awkward encounters. This one would mostly be comedic in and of itself, but extra plot points, such as antagonists and whatnot, could be incorporated.
  • I can come up with more if you don't like these. I have a lot.

I really like the last two, but the last one a bit more, so can we go with that one?
