Any of ya'll go to the gym? What do you do? How often do you go?

There's a gym in the building I live in so I'm in there all the time. I run for about 30mins on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (I've go shin splints at the moment so I've only been running once or twice a week and going for a walk on the day(s) I don't run). And then I do strength and mobility on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays for 30min - 1 hour depending on how I feel. I'm into calisthenics even though I suck at it so I practice some progressions for skills I want to learn (trying to get my L-sit, pistol squat, and handstand at the moment).

The things I do on every strength day are leg presses, assisted pull-ups, assisted dips, goblet squats, bicep curls, shoulder presses, tricep pull-downs, weighted curtsey lunges, box jumps, and 5mins on the treadmill at a 15 incline as fast as i can.

Sunday is my rest day but I'll take a rest day during the week if I feel like I need one.

I go to the gym. Or did. I've had such a busy summer and personal issues that I've been too exhausted to go. But when I did go, I had pretty good splits. I went five days a week and had my rest days on the weekends. Though I worked weekends so idk how much I rested.

Monday- chest, shoulder, tri
Tuesday- quads and glutes
Wednesday- back and bi
Thursday- hammies and glutes
Friday- cardio and abs

I used to run/jog about twenty minutes after each workout as well (minus Friday's) to work on endurance. I learned that when learning to run long distance, start off running slower than you walk on the treadmill and go from there. Run for time, not distance.
I also did dynamic warm-ups before sessions. And it's good to stretch after your sessions. Make sure you drink lots of water to help with cramps.
