Ok I know I'm probably being annoying by literally being on here for two days and posting a bunch of scrap.
BUT since its Christmas Eve and I personally open gifts today (my aunt's family comes down on eve and they open on day, it's been that way since before I was born. And I'm sixteen, so, like forever.) I thought it'd be fun to put a discussion up, go do my fun Christmas stuff, let's be honest probably forget about this for a few hours because I MUST try on everything in those stupid flimsy square clothes boxes! Then come back and see probably 0 notifs lol

So ignoreing the rambling, what would your characters' cards to their freinds/family be like?
Here's mine because duh I'm gonna sit here for twenty minutes to figure that out.

Charlotte: defiantly store bought but like really nice ones, with thick cardboard and lifted letters and stuff. She puts a little note like 'love you, from Charlotte' but that's it. There's also a chance she 'accidentally' burns Zayn's a little. Fire magic is hard to control, ok? Defiantly why.
Autumn/Zayn: bought all of theirs. Autumn picked out ones that represent something about her freinds (like one with a Christmas tree for Forrest cuz plant) and wrote a pretty poem for them with money in it. Zayn bought all the same ones and just wrote his name and stuck ten dollars in it. He's a scrooge.
Bee/CD/Forrest: Definitely homemade with stupid jokes that recall stupid times for Bee and CD. Forrest probably draw plants and flowers on his and made one super special for Charlotte and kissed her when he gave it to her (cue nosy siblings yelling GROSS behind them and Forrest wrapping vines around their feet and yeeting them away)
Reece/Periwinkle: Reece is SUPER into Christmas because it's her birthday and also who DOESNT like Christmas? OtherthanZaynwhoisherBF? So probably really funny cards she bought but put a lot of thought into like Autumn. Wink just signed Luke's with her name too (with reluctant on-again-off-again BF permission)
Luke/Liam: Luke, being the person with literal art magic that he is, defiantly made all of his. Wink asked him if she could just sign his, and he said no, but Liam said to let her so he did. (Except for hers, DUH) and helped Lisam, leaving him mentally exhausted by time he handed them all out. Liam still isn't used to the hussle and bustle of everything, him and his brother have only been on earth two years, BUT he does love it. He asked Luke for help, and definitely tried to get Bee under mistletoe while giving her's. (FYI; she had been trying to do same thing so it worked out lol)
Ok I think I've used my word limit haha, I feel really bad for writing a lot sorry, I'll try not to do that.

Destrian: He and Sadon definitely host Christmas for everyone else and Destrian tries (and fails) to make his own Christmas cards. He eventually gives up and goes out and buys them but everyone appreciates it anyways. (Although he's pretty sure Aryn fakes their appreciation). Sadon absolutely loves it though and thinks it's sweet that he tried. His card to Peter is extremely sarcastic and addressed to "pretty boy" and His card to Ekhös is just addressed to "Auntie."

Sadon: Is actually creative and artistic enough to make his own. His cards to Aryn, Peter, and Ekhös are nicely sincere. His card to Destrian is really heartfelt to the point where Destrian almost cries while reading it. He also addressed Ekhös' card to "Auntie."

Peter: Really crappy and cheap storebought cards, but he added his own twist with inside jokes in them. His card to Aryn includes quotes from their favorite books. His card to Sadon is slightly teasing, but still nice. He completely forgets about Ekhös' card, unfortunately. He gets back at Destrian for the "pretty boy" thing and addresses Destrian's card to "dumbass prince." Destrian loves it.

Aryn: Is actually really nice and sincere with their cards, no jokes or anything. Their card to Ekhös is addressed to Mom which Ekhös finds so sweet that she almost cries as well. They also include a chocolate with each card because they are thoughtful.

Ekhös: Addresses all of her handmade cards to everyone as "My son" or "My child." Also includes handknit mittens or hats in her cards. She traps the princes under mistletoe later and makes everyone hot chocolate.

Lili/George: She and George definitely host Christmas Day for the whole family since they have the biggest house. Lili is the one who writes all the cards and George is the one who sneaks in a few Galleons or a few items from his shop.
Lili still writes a card to her brother and his family even though she knows he won't read it or care.
Lili secretly writes two extra cards: one for Cedric and one for Fred. It helps her deal with her grief of their deaths, even though it's been ages and she's a mother of six. George reads them and stashes them away, knowing that it helps her.

Cassiopeia/Peter: Pea forgets about Christmas and only remembers when Peter has gone shopping for gifts. Still hasn't gotten used to the fact that her dad isn't around anymore, even though it's been five years and she's now 23.
Peter writes all the cards and Pea just signs them, occasionally writing a little note if she actually cares about the person it's addressed to.
Pea is always distracted and it takes Peter and Nat to pull her out of her lab just to celebrate Christmas day with her friends. When she's actually there, she enjoys it.
