Steelcliff is a small hamlet on the furthest right side of The Alpine Fields, it sits on a cliff overlooking the ocean. Approximately 250 live here; primarily dwarf, some human. Weminster is governed by a council of the landowners, led by a female elf named Annen. A notable place is The Odeum of Euphoria. A large stone-walled theatre, home of a female dwarf named Ingerd and her trained chimera.
