(Nora's planet) Part of the outer planet group - Prapus-81 was by its discoverer, William H. Prapus. Believing himself ordained to create the perfect dictatorship-utopia, William set up the first artificial biodome on the planet and installed himself as the planet’s singular ruler.

William spent years luring settlers to his planet with promises of a perfect, idealized society - as long as they obeyed his rules. His most loyal followers became the planet’s ruling aristocracy, and strong class lines were drawn between those who had money and power, and those who did not. Ironically, just a few years ago, William died mysteriously and left behind no heir. The throne was shortly claimed by the planet’s most influential family - the House of Clarion - and a new imperial dynasty was founded
