seaport town
a rainy seaside town located in maine, usa.
marblehill bay is a sleepy, dreary little town on maine's "drowned coast." once a bustling fishing port, it has seen a drastic decline in population in the past few decades. contains a typical suburban neighborhood, strip malls, large park, pier, fishing ports, k-8 school, and high school. the only notable landmark is a historic lighthouse, the ivy marble light. the lighthouse itself is off-limits, yet sits uninhabited. the area is mostly surrounded by a heavy evergreen forest, save for a long stretch of road to the south that leads out of the town.
