forum Would it be possible to see exact dates/times in the changelog?

So I was looking for the date that I updated a page, only to find it quite unhelpfully just said 'one year ago.' Would it be possible for the changelog to display exact dates and times? That would help so much when I'm trying to figure out when I did something! This might seem rather trivial, but sometimes when I updated a page corresponds to something important and it'd just be nice to be able to know, I don't know.

I can definitely get this added to the next release. :)
