Is there a reason for this? It might be because of my internet but it feels so much slower and laggier than usual.

Mine hasn't been extremely bad, but I have been noticing a few more glitches.

This is good feedback. We've had a bit of a growth spurt lately with a ton of new users and I've been watching the servers scale up slowly. I'll give it a bit more juice so we get up to speed a bit quicker. :)

Thanks! The servers are coming online now, although it's a bit of a balancing act behind the scenes. We've grown so much over the years that I need to upgrade the database again soon because it only supports so many simultaneous connections to the database at once, and until that happens I don't want to have too many extra servers serving requests because each one multiplies the number of open connections to the database (and if we go over the number of connections allowed, then the site really slows down – which is what you've probably been seeing with so many users online lately – while people start having to wait their "turn" for the database connection).

All of the above will happen soon, but just wanted to give a little insight into the growth process. Things should be a bit better now, and much better very soon. :)

I remember one time, I lagged out the website because I tested if there was a character limit or not
