Hello lads, i just have a few questions about the request tab :)

• how long does it usually take to get a response from someone on the notebook team?
• is there anyone I can contact about my concerns?
• how should I go to if I encounter something like this again in the future?

That tab goes directly to me (and only me). I get notified pretty much immediately, but I do try to respond to all bug reports in the order they come in and usually feature requests only when they're done (which often takes a while, since we have literally tens of thousands of requests in – I index them all and prioritize based on how popular particular features are).

You can also contact me any time with a PM or by email at andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer)@indentlabs.com (both of which I also try to respond to in order as time permits, so if there's lots of stuff happening sometimes there's a bit of a wait). I'm always happy to help though! :)
