I've been a user on Notebook.ai for a long time, and some of my pages are old (2+ years). I haven't checked them all, but some of them have odd behavior.

Some of them show a description on my personal viewer, but when I go to edit, the text is nowhere to be found. I found this on universes/33907, /universes/34104, /universes/33907, but also /races/19489 (I had to re-write the field). Could this be because there was a data field that got renamed or moved during an update?

Some don't allow me to edit them, throwing a nonspecific error 500 (characters/85494/)

Earlier a page wouldn't even let me view it, but that was fixed (thanks andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer)!)

I don't see a pattern, other than these are older pages. As a result, I'm not sure what other pages could be having issues except by trying to poke at them one at a time.

Hey @Urby, thanks for letting me know about this. I've seen this on a couple of my older pages as well and haven't found a pattern yet, but adding yours should give a lot more to pour over. I'll take a look at each of these pages tomorrow and see if I can figure out what's going on and, hopefully, get it fixed for all pages instead of specific ones. Thanks a ton for the page IDs you're seeing issues on!

Alrighty, looks like two separate issues here.

1) Some old pages show an error 500 when they're being updated. It looks like this was the product of an old bug that could occur when you linked two pages and then deleted one of the two (and in a couple other niche situations). I just pushed up a data migration that is running now and should fix it for all pages when it's complete.

2) Some old pages show a name/description on your personal viewer (in your lists of characters, etc) but don't show it (and other fields) when editing it. Your data is not lost, but just isn't being shown properly. I'm writing a migration now that I'll start running as soon as it's done (though it might take some time to complete) that should fix this too. After it runs, you should start seeing your old content when editing your pages without having to do anything on your part.

Thanks again for the report! :)
