Yep, the same problem’s happening with me again. andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer)’s probably updating the site.

Ah okay, that makes sense then. Programing and stuff must be getting messed up and confused.

It's usually me updating the site (which is why I've been trying to release more updates at night instead of throughout the day), but today it looks like it was some attempted DDoS attacks on the server stealing resources from everyone else. I think I've got rules in place to drop the attacks now, so it should be a bit more stable.
Fun (or not-so-fun) little tidbit, here's what the site's resource usage looked like during the slowdowns:
