Ok, I know the overall use of the site. I just don’t understand a few things about how to use it.
So here are my questions;

1. Can you create OCs? If so the you would need to make other people from the fandom/book so you can link them to them. (So is that ok?)
2. Is it possible to crest folders for each of the groups that go with the same story/fandom.

1. Yes, as long as you credit the original author of the work
2. I’m not sure what you mean by 'crest folders', but you can separate different fandoms via different universes, and in Premium (paid) accounts, there's the option to create groups.
