I got an OC I've been holding onto for my story, just wanted some thoughts on her
Name: Miho Kuroki
Age: 35
Orientation: Aromantic
Abilities: Plant manipulation
Skills: Surgery expertise
Driving goal: Hunting down the MC's of the story to restore her status and also seek forgiveness
Miho lived alone with her younger sister who was struck with a disease that made her bed ridden. Miho worked timelessly as a surgeon, using her plant manipulation to aid her work. One day, a close friend of her's needed intense emergency care, she begrudgingly aided him since her shift was supposed to be over. After 12 more hours of intense work, Miho returned home to find her sister dead, with her ending her life because she thought Miho abandoned her and was causing too much financial strain. Miho grew bitter and distraught and began slacking in her work, eventually she found an old book detailing a technique of plant manipulation that puppeteers the dead. Miho took this as resurrection and attempted it, however it only resulted in her sister's corpse being hoisted by vines and acting as a drone. Miho became even more distraught and was eventually fired for her effort in her work. Eventually she finds out a bounty has been placed on the MC's head and tries to go after them to restore her status and maybe die
Now I'm still working out the layout of my story, but other details that happen are:
Miho gets a spear thrown through her eye and impales her skull, she survives by performing surgery on herself with the aid of plants and now has an eyepatch and poor motor skills for her right arm
Miho get's a shovel embedded into the back of her skull, she survives again by using plants
Miho get's another shovel thrown at her now empty eye, before the person pulls it from her face and beats her with it, she survives
Miho raises an army of 100 reanimated soldiers to kill the complementary Badass of the story, this works and is her first win
Miho ends up saving one of the MC's sister's life to get some closure
Miho ends up getting a redemption arc
Same person who first threw the spear at her apologises and gives her an arm brace
Miho get's her life together, is able to scrap up enough money with her new friends to her close enough to her former status and continues being a surgeon and help's another character with a drug addiction.
