The roleplay will be a small group. There will be two sides: Storm and Fire. There are 10 roles, to be filled by anybody who wants the role. However, I have some rules.

–RULES–

1.) Ask before you join.
2.) I reserve the right to say no.
3.) andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer)'s rules apply.
4.) Violence and language are allowed. Romance is optional. (See below)
5.) There will be no sexual assault themes or self harm themes. Certain exceptions to the self-harm rule may be made, but clear it with me first.
6.) Rudeness is not tolerated. If you are rude to anyone, you will be booted from the roleplay and I will take over your character.
7.) Proper spelling and grammar is required to join.
8.) Be active. If you are active less than twice a day, don't join. There is a reason why I am on here, and it is not for people to just ignore the RP.
9.) As I said earlier, romance is optional. Anything explicit must go to PMs.

–Character Sheet–

Fill this out as completely as possible.

Name: Ëæísį, Ūndłvêrń

Nicknames/Aliases: Silent Knight

Gender: Male

Sexuality: Unclear, but assumed to be pansexual based off of interactions between all genders.

Age: Not Applicable

Race: Elder Wûrldæne

Personality: Adaptable, enigmatic, mysterious, calm, careful, clear-headed, constant, brave, decisive, dignified, dedicated, disciplined, elegant, fair, firm, hardworking, honorable and noble in his goals, honest, insightful, observant, practical, principled, blunt, secretive, willful. He does not speak using human words, as he is not human nor can he use human languages. He can be moody at times, and sometimes his silence is percieved as arrogance. He wants the planes and realities to have peace. He will do anything to reach his goals, even if what he does isn't moral or right ccording to mortal standards. He is against needless violence.

Appearance: He weighs more than an elephant from the savannahs of Wëjæ, but moves with the speed of a viper. He is 7'8". His "hair" is a solid crest of a bone-like material, colored like the blue oils of the ocean state of Ohxîshtē. His "hair" naturally formed into a helmet-like crest that goes down to protect the bridge of his nose. He has electric blue eyes. He has slate grey, with spines of the same material as his "hair" sprouting from his upper and lower arms. He is lithe and muscular, with slim shoulders and high cheek bones. When he's in movement, smoke obscures his form and electricity arcs through the air.

Powers/Abilities: He is the only one to have truly mastered bladed weapons, whether it be swords, daggers, knives or staves. He has the Art of the Blade commited to memory and can combine styles in unsual ways. He can use telepathy and is proficient in magic.

Other: He practices his bladecraft as often as possible, and likes to read as well. He needs very little sleep, and cannot speak mortal languages well. As a result, he resorts to sign language, telepathy or simply using his native language.

(Yes, @jacen-is-really-fackin-gay, that would work. However, just know that I'm not on during afternoons, due to work. I'm on during the mornings and days until 2:40. Weekends I'm not generally on, because of family.)

(I am on similar times to that)

Deleted user

(Good, then that should work. Sidenote, could you also give me a decent sized writing sample?)

@CaseyJ group

(…A writing sample…I am sorry I would..I can..but I really really don't want someone to say "I can't write" and that 'I write like a 3rd grader"…If you promise me you wont say anything of the sort than yeah)

Deleted user

(I'm not rude. I'll just say whether or not I like your style. I try to not be rude, because I have been known to go too far.)

@CaseyJ group

(alright, if you can say something so I have a notification, I will post a sample later, I am really busy for a few hours so I can't rn)

(Yes you may join. There is not a limit to power. I would like a writing sample from you as well.)

(My writing sample)
(This was part of a longer piece, so hence why it’s a bit out of context)

Phalakros glanced out the window of his cottage. He was at the edge of the city, and on the edge of the floating island. It didn’t bother him though, he was actually quite fond of heights.

As he admired the distant green land below, pondering what hid within it, a knock sounded on the door. He jumped up with a gasp, looking to the door.

Cautiously moving to the window next to the door, he peeked out. He didn’t recognize the woman waiting for him.

She knocked again, and he jumped once more. Phalakros took a deep breath and opened the door.

“Yes?”

“Are you Phalakros, an initiate in the Guild of Exploration?”the woman asked.

“Y… yes.”

“Good. Here is a letter from the Guildmasters. Read it and reply within a day’s time,”the woman said, handing him a sealed note.

Phalakros took the letter and nodded. The woman left without another word.

He gently shut the door and breathed deeply again, trying hard to avoid thinking about his shaking hands. He slowly calmed down, then sat down and opened the letter.

It was indeed from the Guildmasters. They were offering him his first expedition. The expedition would be searching for a legendary treasure hidden on the surface, a lost relic from ages ago.

Phalakros breathed deeply once again, but this time to contain his excitement. He had done it! He had finally earned a place on an expedition! He wondered if Lucitius, wherever he was, would be proud.

Phalakros quickly packed his supplies, which honestly wasn’t much, and headed for the Guild’s headquarters.

@Serpentess health_and_safety language

(Thumbs-up)
(I’m honestly a little torn between either the Magician/Sorcerer or Rogue, but I do have a Sorcerer type character that would fit. Problem is, he would fit perfectly in either side, lol)
(And, just to clarify a bit, it would be my OC Lucitius. He’s basically a draconic demigod of storms)

Deleted user

(That's fine. Certain allowances and exceptions can be made. For instance, your character could be a double agent or something.)

@Serpentess health_and_safety language

(Ooh… that’s an idea)
(I think I’ll have him as the Storm Sorcerer, but he’s secretly trying to bring peace between the two sides. Something like that, at least. Or maybe even a double agent. He’s extremely chaotic, so it’s a very hard call, lol)

Deleted user

(That's fine! Go ahead and post the sheet. If you already have a sheet, use that.)

Deleted user

(Hey, could I join as Storm Cleric? Perhaps one who once trained as a warrior, but some injury kept them from gaining any worthy position, so they went for the role of Cleric instead in order to save any respect or decency for a career serving their people? Idk I just think that sort of backstory could work for this, let me know if it doesn't. Also, I can get a writing sample soon.)

Deleted user

(Thanks! Also, I'm not entirely clear on what the plot for this is supposed to be. Could you give a brief explanation of your worldbuilding?)

Deleted user

(The plot is about the two groups, Storm and Fire. The two groups are fighting for control of the recently destroyed earth.)

Deleted user

(I mean, he works just fine. I have ny own op character in here already, so yeah.)

His throat spilled its near-mortal wine onto his shirt as the arrow pierced through his neck. The god convulsed, his body melting into black sand as he stumbled around, knocking over tables and spilling the feast onto the floor. What was left of him was promptly swept away by Gold's warriors, scattering the sand far and wide so that nobody would ever find Zagreus again. Now all that was left was to deal with Zagreus' warriors. And, Silver. Gold stepped forward, as the warriors cowered on both sides. "Where is my sister?!" he raged. She would pay for her crimes, killing their sister, taking his home in the name of a dark god, and summoning that god to wreak havoc on his homeland, even if Zagreus had betrayed Silver in the end.

The girl, barely twelve in years but still cursed with the mind of a true immortal, was running. Her feet pounded on the ground as fast as her heart beat, but Gold eventually caught up with her. She turned, and dodged with the swiftness of an impala the arrows he sent towards her. If she was to go down she was to go down fighting. He lunged with his sword, but she still kept her balance and wits, despite her brother's stature towering far above hers. But as they neared the cliff's edge, Silver was running out of options.

(For context: This is a story I'm writing about alchemists who find immortality, and use it to become deities. However, when three siblings are prophesied to destroy the gods in an epic battle, the alchemists/gods obviously try and stop this by turning them against each other. Silver kills Bronze, and summons the darkest of the gods, Zagreus, to take over their homeland and eventually the world. Gold has just defeated Zagreus with the prophesied weapons, and now he's chasing down Silver because she is, admittedly, an asshole even outside of the brainwashing.)
