Name: Willow/Nickname: Will/Code name: 0363
Gender: Female
Cell: A simple small cell with calm stormy grey walls and floor. A small cot in the back right corner with a small desk with a desk lamp, a pad of paper, a pencil (for a 'therapy' the scientists are working on), a container of pain reliever, a glass of water, and a keyboard. No computer just a keyboard. The sounds of typing calm her down.
Personality: Willow is a skiddish kind of girl. She is overwhelmingly silent and rarely ever talks. A phrase often used to describe her is 'once in a blue moon', because she almost never talks. Her silence scares the scientists. So they are trying to get her thoughts and ideas down on paper, but Willow is not willing to comply. She is super stubborn and determined. Her fear of people cripple her from sleeping often. She is afraid of what might happen to her if she sleeps.
Abilities: She can control the four, retractable twelve foot long chains that sprout from her back, and can use her voice to persuade people to do what she wants.
Weaknesses: Acupuncture and needles, people (she has a deathly fear of humans), and clock ticking (it paralyzes her).
Appearance: Very humanoid: short cropped chestnut hair, kinda messy in a stylish way and there is always a strand of hair that likes to separate from the rest and slip between her eyes. Her eyes are hazel and always scared and tired looking. She has a ghostly complexion, which is caused by the constant pain she endures. Stands about 4'3. Looks to be about seven or eight years of age. No one knows what exactly her age is since she hardly talks.
Attire: A white blouse, a small red bowtie, a black vest, a red skirt, white knee-high socks, and black Mary-Janes. The classic school girl look. Before she was identified as an Anomaly, she attended a private school. Ever since she left her old life, she has been reluctant to change into a different outfit.
Extra info: Willow is an experiment. Two years ago, a mad man by the name of Dr. Riddle, tortured her over and over again just to get his experiment just right. His goal was to implant chains into someone. Although the chains are constantly inflicting pain on little Willow, Dr. Riddle sees his experiment a success. Because Willow endured so much pain during the torture, Dr. Riddle always set four clocks in the room with Willow. The ticking was the only thing that let Willow hold onto her sanity. If she didn't have the ticking to grasp onto she would have been insane by now. But anymore, the sound of clock ticking paralyzes her.
Edit: Also her mom and dad died by a drunken woman who found a gun.

Nevid
A distant hum echoed in this hall of the base, probably of a machine of some sorts. The hum could be heard by Nevid, if it perceived noise. They really needed to do a test on that. Speaking of Nevid, the slime was settled in its glass box, taking the shape of the containment. To most observers, if all, it seemed as if the anomaly was doing nothing, displaying no signs of activity. Besides occasionally moving around in the glass box. But recently, the slime desired something. It had desired this for a while, but the need for it was only growing stronger. To consume.
Unfortunately it could not accomplish that just yet, since it was currently stuck. In a box, built to perfectly contain Nevid. It had a main focus, prevent the slime from consuming the glass. Which it did its job, rather well. So for now, Nevid seemed to lower itself. This would be a long process indeed.

Tool
The curtains were opened as a blue orb known by many of the lab workers as Tool exited out. Tool commonly wandered the lab at certain hours, looking for things to do. Or maybe it sometimes interacted with the anomalies, the ones that could at least understand its telepathic messages; or maybe it would become something that the anomaly might enjoy. Although Tool intended to serve the humans, who said it could not interact with others of its..kind.
So there Tool was, just cruising around the halls, looking for something to do.

Anton
The doors of the upper levels opened to let in a group of people into the entrance zone. Snow flew in as there was currently a blizzard, but hopefully it would be ending soon. The doors closed and the lights switched back on, as the group began to split up. Among them, was Anton. Taking a moment for his visor to clear, he looked around, walking past another lab personnel who curiously glanced over but said nothing. Anton didn’t acknowledge them either.
He brushed flakes of snow off his coat and started to head down the halls, going to make a report to some of the higher ups about his recent recontainment mission and the.. unfortunate loss of an anomaly.

Harley
Harley was in her lab, finishing up some paperwork. She ran her hand through her hair. She didn't mind paperwork, but she preferred interacting with the anomalies. She finished writing down her notes.
049 seems to have developed an affinity for one of its dolls in particular; in the past week, it has singled out this doll, even when said doll was put on the bottom of the pile. It seems to enjoy giving this doll a personality and playing pretend. The doll is one foot, with blonde hair and blue dress. It was given to it one month ago. When asked why, 049 replied, ' Friend.' More tests to be conducted at a later date. What Harley didn't write down was that she had given the doll to 049. It had been a childhood favorite of hers, and she thought 049 would like it. The strangest part was that 049 was giving the doll the same personality Harley herself had given it.

049
049 sat in its cell; Harley had left the door open, as usual, but 049 was more focused on its doll. It was brushing the doll's hair with its fingers, humming a strange tune.

@Lunar_Eclipse

Willow sat on her cot, with the little keyboard on her lap. She sat, tapping away at the keyboard taking in deep breaths. She hadn't calmed herself down in over three days. The flashbacks to her torture started to seep into her again. The pain became worse and the images became more detailed. She stared at the notepad on her desk wondering if she should write down a few things. But in the end she decided against it. These people want nothing more from me than to experiment with me and I won't allow it. An involuntary tear streamed down her cheek. I want mom… Her bottom lip started to quiver uncontrollably.

@Dragoncita group

The hulking monstrosity was pacing back and forth inside the large room dedicated to it. There was giant door, then a smaller one beside it. The thing seemed more like some, mutated dinosaur, but the power it held was definitely not something to be underestimated. The creature hated them, hated every single one of those small, hairless creatures. They were the ones that had captured and entrapped it here for 'study'. Despite its brutish appearance, it was quite smart, watching, observing, constantly learning.
The ground seemed to quake slightly as it walked around, heavy claws clacking on the floor beneath it. The thick tail swayed one way, then the other behind it as it moved about. The two smaller 'heads' had seemingly what appeared to be old, leather-like straps wrapped tightly around the jaws, the giant middle head's own bonds snapped to open and close its powerful jaws. Only on the few occasions have those other straps ever broken, when the beast had gone a terrible rampage…so many were lost the first time that had ever happened.
The room was nearly freezing, the water trough having a heater inside just so the beast could drink. Feeding, however, was a different story. It seemed the beast would eat anything, so long as it was moving. So live prey was in constant demand just to keep the beast's nearly insatiable hungry quenched. In fact, it was getting close to feeding time again…

Anton
Anton made his report, going over what had happened to the higher-ups. He didn't really focus on how the escape happened; that was someone else's job, not his. Instead, he went over the length and conditions of the pursuit, as well as the behavior he noted in the anomaly.
"The subject seemed to want to get away from us, avoiding fighting us until one of my men got too close, in which it used a scorpion like tail to injure him. Afterwards, it fled to some cliffs as a blizzard started, making visibility low, so we had to wrap this up quickly. Unfortunately, as I was getting closer, subject slipped off of the cliff. Fate is most likely death, as the subject was not known to be very durable. Injuries; only one. Casualties; none. Unless you're counting subject, then one. Total time; 3 hours."
He could hear a pin drop in that room; it was extremely silent.
"..Very good, Anton. But we'll have to ask you that you pay attention to your surroundings, and please try not to hound a subject up into an area where survival is very low."
Anton nodded.
"Understood," even though those were words he had spoken multiple times before. It was no secret that Anton was not a huge fan of anomalies; but what was a secret is that he'd probably sacrifice almost anything; even his own men; on his job. Of course, he kept the latter a secret. But some people had grown to suspect him a bit since his missions often resulted in at least one anomaly loss.
Anton left the room shortly after, walking by the labs.

Nevid
Drip. Drip.
While there were security cameras in the room, there were no audio detectors. It would take a very powerful sense of sight to see the clearish liquid that dripped off of the glass box and onto the floor, gathering itself. It was a slow process, but Nevid was patient. Somewhat. This would take some time.
What was Nevid doing? Attempting to escape, of course. Albeit in a very hard and slow way. Of course, even if Nevid managed to escape the confines of its glass box, how would it escape the door to its cell ahead? Nevid could adapt. Nevid will..hopefully figure that part out.

Name: #0126, "James."
Gender: Male
Cell: It is almost exactly like a college dorm room. It is about 10 feet by 10, with the door in the back right corner….or front, depending on your perspective. There is a bunk bed with a mattress only on the top frame, and a single pillow and blanket. A Cards Against Humanity box rests on top of the dresser.
Personality: He is somewhat childish, hence the Cards, but has immense knowledge from the hundreds of years on this planet alone.
Abilities: He has the power of persuasion. It has something to do with his eyes, although studies showed nothing different from them with human eyes. If he makes eye contact with a subject, they fall under his control.
Weaknesses: His bones are more akin to avian than human, so they are weaker.
Appearance: https://s3.amazonaws.com/notebook-content-uploads/content/uploads/hero/217d4f6d-a7b0-4d9a-ae29-08e86c5df19f.jpg?1556401576
Attire: He is forced to wear a blindfold at all times. Other than that, athletics shorts and T-Shirts are most comfortable for him.
Extra info: N/A

(Dope. Btw, he's one of the friendly anomalies)

@Fantasy-Illy!

Anomaly
Name: Vey/Void
Age: Unknown
Gender: Female
Cell: They want her to feel as normal as possible, so she has a normal girls room with a small library. (She loves to read.)
Personality: Vey, is very shy and doesn't talk much, but has always wanted to make friends. She is friendly and kind. Loves to laugh and smile. Tends to act a bit childish sometimes. Has the personality traits of a child, can get angry, loves to play and has a lot of energy, even if her body gives out she still tries to have a good attitude about life.
Can be a bit creepy sometimes. When alone tends to freak out and throw fits, she cries easily. And has trouble telling what is really and what is not. Spirits have many different personalities, so it may change when a spirit takes over.
Abilities: Vey's body is basically a portal for other beings and spirits to come and go as they please. Some of them are friendly while others are not. Different spirits can have different abilities.
Weaknesses: Because her body is like that, she is very weak in body and mind. She is basically slowly dying and going insane at the same time
Appearance: https://pin.it/ktwwtk3zggsqdd
Sometimes will look like this https://pin.it/rlm76phqlnvdyy
Attire: She mostly just wears black clothes.
Extra info: No one knows how Vey came to be, but as soon as they found out what was happening, the people she lived with sent her away. (Sorry it's late when I made this so I'm not sure of what else to put. Can't really think right now. Is she good?)

(Is it too late to join?)
Human
Name: Melvin Callaghan
Age: probably around 47
Gender: Male
S.O: Gayyyyyyy
Background: (Optional. Maybe something about their previous life?) Melvin does not talk about his past, despite how very normal it is. Instead, he prefers to make vague statements that make his background seem a little more… mysterious.
Job: (If unsure, ask me! Examples might be the recapture teams, scientist, guard, etc etc. You can even be a janitor, if you want!) Scientist
Appearance: Melvin has jaw-length (ish) jet black hair streaked with grey and combed back away from his face. He has grey eyes and square glasses, with one of those irritating faces you keep forgetting. Melvin has had a lot of trouble over the years where people don't recognize him and get very confused
Attire: (Remember your character’s job, and also where the lab is located.) Melvin wears a warm, dark grey overcoat over a dark cardigan, a quality plaid flannel shirt, warm pants, and boots. For whatever weird reason, Melvin has a briefcase he carries with him at all times filled with the most random stuff at any given day, but the one constant is a bag of lemon drops.
Personality: Melvin loves mystery and the whole aesthetic and vibe thing it gives off. Thus, he literally embodies it, with cryptic responses to the most simple of questions and being at the epicenter of strange occurences (i think i spelled that wrong)…. He seems and acts like one of those absent minded professors and seems pretty easy going, if forgetful. Underneath, however, he is very meticulous and planning e v e r y t h i n g. His next move, what he'll have for lunch tomorrow if x happens, and how to get exactly what he wants without being outright or obvious about it. He gets way to excited about things and just like. Bounces. Everywhere. He gets very excited about new anomalies and likes interacting with them.
Extra info: (Strengths? Weaknesses? Fun facts? Nothing at all?) Melvin has raised and named so many cacti over the years here his office is literally full of them and he's probably given some to his co-workers or Anomalies as gifts.

Anomaly
Name: Ghost
Gender: Demiboy
Cell: Ghost's cell is pretty much just an empty room made out of plastic. There's a bed, resin, and an old violin. Ghost is rarely solid, so there's not much point in giving him a lot of stuff, and when he is, the only thing they do is play random songs on the violin. There IS a sad little cactus called Jeffery that sits in a corner and looks like he's low-key dying. You can probably guess who Jeffery came from.
Personality: Ghost is kind of just an empty shell at this point. Their original personality only shows up when they're solid, the rest of the time they just kinda….. dead. It's pointless to interact with them. When they're solid…. I guess the best way to describe him would be a comparison to what little I've seen of the Ghost Napstablook from Undertale.
Abilities: Usual ghost stuff, like walking through walls and phasing in and out of visibility. Ghost can also solidify, but not for more than an hour every 12 hours. He's also sometimes an empath, but he smells the emotions, which leads to him saying stuff like "You don't have to smell like fresh produce, I don't hurt people" or "Why do you always have to smell like cinnamon i hate cinnamon smelling people they're always so cheery ugh."
Weaknesses: Plastic! For whatever reason, Ghost can't travel through plastic and it keeps him confined to one space. High pitched noises also will turn Ghost solid and cause him to be incapacitated thanks to a sensitivity to loud noises.
Appearance: When Ghost is solid, they are a sad looking boy of Asian origin, with dark eyes and curly dark hair streaked with grey. Ghost had olive skin and there are three scars on their face that look like they were made by a cat, but they're smoking. The rest of the time, Ghost is a cerulean mist that expands and contracts and threads and wisps everywhere like a strange plant or fog, or a blue obscurial.
Attire: If Ghost ever becomes solid, they wear gray overalls over a dark blue t-shirt. They don't bother with shoes.
Extra info: Ghost is a synesthete, specifically a Chromesthete. He's also a Friendly Anomaly, when solid.

@Fantasy-Illy!

The clicking of Vey's shoes echoed down the empty halls. Vey was one of the rare anomalies that were permitted to wandered the halls when she liked, as long as she had a guard. Skipping she hummed a song she learned from long ago. Although she can't remember when or who taught her. Her hair was put up in a bun, though it might be mistaken for a birds nest. Her black dress glowed behind her. With every skip she looked inside each room to see who was in the rooms. She had heard of some of the other anomalies that lived here, but others were a mystery to her. "Void, what are you singing?" The Male guard finally asked, curious. The tone was dark, and almost sounded like it could summon demons themselves. Rounding a corner the ended up in a large room with couches and a few tables. Vey hated being locked up in her room all the time, and even though she could read a book in there, she liked the change of scenery. "I don't really remember the name." That was all she said as she sat and opened her book.
