Two men walked into the interrogation room. One was easily recognizable with his dark skin, serious look, and black eyepatch. Nick Fury, Director of SHIELD. The other was a short, fat man wearing a suit 3 sizes too small and holding a clipboard in one chubby hand.
"Mission report, Agent?" Fury asked, not even glancing over at Jay.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Jay cleared her throat. "Easy enough. Klaus himself gave no trouble. The symbiote, however, wasn't happy about it, and acted up a little. It wasn't an issue, though." she said, standing with her hands at her sides.

"Elaborate, please?" Fury asked as the fat man walked over and eyed up Klaus.

@ElderGod-Icefire

"The symbiote acted up. I brought it down. Not that hard." Jay replied. "I am unharmed, though my shirt is not." she gestured to the tear in the black fabric.

"Hm." The two men made eye contact, then back to the teen.
"Listen, Kasady," Fury said, sitting down across from Klaus and kicking his feet up on the table. "You got yourself in a sticky situation. You attacked a SHIELD agent." Klaus opened his mouth to protest, but Fury cut him off. "Even in you yourself didn't do it, your body did. Which is the same thing for me. Now, you got two options. Become an agent for us, or go to jail."
"An….agent?" he asked, raising an eyebrow.
"The Avengers retiring left a very large hole in the defense of this country. The world, in fact. We have a few other superheroes, but so far, they haven't been enough. You could help us fill in that hole." Fury seemed very pleased with himself as he added, "Or you can go to jail. Your chose."
"I……guess I'll be an agent….." Klaus looked a bit overwhelmed, which was understandable given the situation he was in.
"Good!" the director stood up and turned to Jay. "Take him to the empty bunk and get him some clothes. Then bring him in to the training room and see what he really can do."

@ElderGod-Icefire

Jay blinked, and nodded. "Alright." she looked at Klaus. "Come on, then." she said, gesturing to the door. The empty bunk was next door to hers. She had lived here all her life, but if you had looked in her room, you wouldn't have been able to tell. All her belongings were in a single duffel bag under her bed. She led Klaus out of the room.

As Klaus walked out, he jerked his arms apart aggressively, breaking through the cuffs to free his arms. He dropped them to the ground just outside the doorframe, rubbing his wrists as they walked over to his room.
"Hm. Bland," he said, looking around. "Am I allowed to hang posters or anything?"

@ElderGod-Icefire

Jay laughed softly. "You could, I guess." she replied with a shrug. "It isn't a good idea, though. If it's deemed inappropriate, they'll take it down." she glanced around the room.

Lane giggled when she heard that he was going to be an agent. "Called it!" She exclaimed into the empty air, punching her fist up. Only problem, you aren't with SHIELD and they're probably pissed that you've hacked them. Her brain reminded her, to which she just waved away. "Technicalities."

Deleted user

"Wack," he mumbled, scratching his face. "Why do I feel like I was just sold to slavery instead of offered a job?"

Deleted user

"I mean, that's pretty much what being an agent is." A mechanical voice that resembled Lane's floated out of the bug. "Just ask Rodgers."

@ElderGod-Icefire

Rogers blinked, going still. "Why is your…pocket talking?" she asked slowly, looking at Klaus and trying to ignore the comments. Slavery is…actually very accurate. But is is slavery when legally, I'm not human?

He slipped his hand into the pocket and pulled out the small spider from his pocket. "I can get you arrested, since I didn't give consent."
With that, he crushed the spider into a tiny ball and tossed it across the room, rolling his eyes.

Deleted user

A few smaller tech spiders crawled out of the crushed one. "Technically… Yeah, I don't have a technically." The voice came from the smaller spiders. "Could you refrain from fucking up my tech more, eh?"

Deleted user

"You should refrain from invading my privacy," he said with a sigh. "Please don't make me find you, because I will."

Deleted user

"I'm not that hard to find." The voice sounded like it was shrugging than it coughed. "When you find me, could I examine the symbiote? It's really cool."

@ElderGod-Icefire

Jay crossed her arms, silent as the two talked. "Look, whatever fucker bugged him, could you at least shut up? You shouldn't even be…this is SHIELD, and I highly doubt you have clearance."

Deleted user

"Should we tell the director?" He asked Jay, raising his eyebrow. "It is a security breach, ain't it?"

Deleted user

"Pfft, yeah, definitely don't have clearance. Though dad did, still does? I dunno." She hummed. "I really should work on that part."

@ElderGod-Icefire

Jay hesitated. "If we tell him, we both get in trouble." She replied, eyes flicking to the bots. "Clearance is not hereditary. You earn it, or you don't." She said sternly.

Deleted user

"Oh fun, alrighty. I think I might be a cybercriminal, technically. I prefer the term Anti-hero though." The bots made a small whirring noise. "I'll be right there, hold up a sec."

(I'm going to have her call Fury Uncle Fury and no one can stop me!)

"Well, while we wait for….however that was, are we gonna go to the training center?" he asked, rubbing his hands together in anticipation.

Deleted user

"No one said we had to run," he huffed, following after her. Every power he had came from the Amity symbiote, so without it, he was just a normal guy.

Deleted user

"MMmmmph," he grumbled, letting out a huff of air as he managed to catch up with her. "Fuckin' supersoldiers."

Deleted user

"Hm?" He looked over at her with a raised eyebrow. "Ya know, you got super powers? And you're a soldier?"

@ElderGod-Icefire

She rubbed her face with a hand. "Supersoldiers are different than soldiers with super powers. Supersoldiers are like…like Captain America. Or the Winter Soldier."
