Verity stumbled through the halls. Oh Highschool. The mortal hell. It was her first day and she already wanted to leave. She double checked her schedule before heading into her first class. Art. She completely sucked at it, but needed an extra class. Making sure her tattoo was covered, she sat down in the back row.

Raven double checked her schedule and headed to her first class with her phone and earbuds. Art. She picked it to brush up on her skills and help her learn new ones. Making sure her tattoo was covered she walked into the classroom and sat in the back row with a girl that seemed lonely.

“Hi.” Verity muttered, just trying to be polite.

"Hey," She said as she connected her earbuds to her phone and opened Spotify.

The teacher stood up at the front of the room. “Ok class, I hope you like your seats, because I have a seating chart for you right here.”
The majority of the class groaned. The teacher began calling names, pointing to a desk for each person he called up.
Verity pursed her lips as she was put in the front row. Well, damit.

Raven looked around until the teacher called her name, she was in the back row. Thank you God for answering my prayers

After everyone was situated, the teacher began a lecture about the history of art. Verity inwardly groaned. I thought this was going to have some art in it, not history.
