Henri looked out through the slim opening in the train cargo door. "We might have to leave without her…" He remarked.
London’s pockets were stuffed, “Maybe I shouldn’t have bought that much food…”
Leah slipped into a storage compartment. She rifled through her bag one last time. Sketch pad, oatmeal cookies, taser, and meds. She swallowed nervously. Did she really want to do this?
“No, no, no. I’m here!” Zyna jumped in, her breath coming in huge gasps. “Can’t. Breathe. Hate. Running.”
"Hey, food is a necessity!" Skye exclaimed with a grin, only half-joking. She fidgeted with her ring, switching it back to her right hand again.
"Hey." Henri stared at the newcomer. "who are you?"
Leah's head jerked up. She wasn't the only one here. "Who are you?!"
Zyna eyed Skye’s hands, noticing the raw mark around one of her fingers and the ring on her other hand. “Yeah.”
Her breaths were coming slower now, more even.
"I asked first girly."
