"Alright," she pulled out a phone that wasn't able to be tracked or traced back to them. She snapped a few pics and ignored the girl, "Here ya go," she tossed the phone to David.

"Alright…" David tried to ignore Robin's cries, but was failing. "Take a short video of them." Tossing the phone back, "Kids, this is going to your parents too so, say what you want to them okay?"

"And make sure you don't talk," Anashi warned him and snatched the phone back. She started recording and nodded at the children to tell them she was recording.

I can't speak! Robin thought. Who did this man think he was? He just continued struggling against the ties, which were digging painfully into his wrists.

"Fuck you!" Shazi instantly yelled, "Mum! David Oliver Wilson! Anashi! And Cecilia! They have us in a kitchen but there are more kids-"

David quickly covered her mouth and signalled to Anashi to cut the video. "Ok… Maybe tape her mouth and just have Robin speak?" He spoke softly.

Anashi sighed, "Probably," she said after she stopped the recording, "Tell me when to start again."

Shazi rocked the chair as David pressed some duck tape around her mouth. He took a few steps back and signalled Anashi to start recording again. Shazi screamed through the tape, but no words were recognisable.

She started recording again and nodded.

The gag was removed from Robin's mouth, but he refused to speak. He just cried in silence. He didn't know anything to tell. Their names, the address, nothing. It was unlikely they'd send a video to the police with their name or address anyways. He felt a trickle of blood flow down his wrist from the zip ties.

David quickly wrote on some paper, "My name is Robin Jones, and I've been taken along with Shazi Alliyah next to me and four other children. The people or person who took us promised to not hurt us if they are given 3 million pounds. Please save us."

Shazi continued to scream through the tape, her voice ripping as tears ran down her face.

"W-Why don't you just put that in front of the stupid camera? This isn't some commercial, I'm not an actor." Tears fell down his cheeks as he glared at David as confidently as he could.

David gestured again at Anashi to stop recording. "Kids. This is your ticket out of here. Read the words and then the police can work on finding you guys quicker."

"Why should I trust you? How do I know you won't just kill us? S-She looks pretty willing." He glanced over at Anashi.

"'Cause I need the money," Anashi said plainly, "I won't kill you, but sometimes I wish I could," she glared at Shazi.

"She's young and she's been trained to kill people, but as far as I know, hasn't done much, if any of it." He said, looking to Robin, "I, on the other hand, had been doing it since I was nineteen. I have a baby boy, and I really want to get home to him and my two daughters. I've killed lots of people before, but I would never kill a child. Look at me." David bent down in front of him, "I would never kill you."

Shazi glared back, "Fuck you!" She screamed, but it was muffled by the tape.

Robin shied away from the man, looking at him from out of the side of his vision. Understandably, he really didn't want to be face to face with his kidnapper. "B-But what if you're just lying to us…?" He whispered, trying to pull his sore wrists from the bonds again.

"Trust me, he couldn't if a gun was held to his head," Anashi sighed.

David hesitantly pulled out his wallet, showing Robin the picture of his family. "Natori said his first-word last Tuesday, Grump." He said, pointing to the baby, "Hiari," He said, pointing to the smallest girl, "She said it was because of the grumpy face I pull, while Mia said it was because his favourite movie is Snow White." He said, pointing to the tallest girl. "My wife Ashanti said that he was actually trying to say grub cause he's a little greedy guy." David smiled, looking at his family, "I don't want them to suffer if anything happened to me…"

"In all honesty kid, I don't think I'm gonna make it out of this a free man. But my family will get the money thanks to my friends here, and they will be safe too." He said, looking to Anashi, "Right?"

"Why are you telling me this? Yes, I care about your family, I'm weak like that. But I know you don't care about me. I'm an object, simply a means of getting money. Why should you care about me?"

"Yeah, don't mind that, he always does that," Anashi answered.

"Robin, you remind me a lot of Hiari." He smiled, "And Oswin and Shazi are mirrors of Mia, especially with all the cursing. I see you and see my kids and it hurts that you have to go through this, and I am so, so sorry Robin. Please just say the words and all of this will be over before you know it."

Should I do it? Complying means I'm weak, not means I'm dead or lost forever. Robin sighed, trying to stop his tears. His wrists were throbbing, as was his cheek which was now streaked with blood. He nodded hesitantly, glancing over at Shazi.

Shazi had stopped screaming. Listening to Davids words. She didn't feel sorry for him, but she did agree that it might be the quickest way to go home. She gave a small nod.

"Finally you guys start complying," Anashi sighed, "Tell me when you're ready."

David gestured for Anashi to start recording as he held up the paper.

Robin began reading of the paper. "M-My name is Robin Jones, and I've been taken along with Shazi Alliyah next to me and four other children. The… the people or person who took us promised to not hurt us if they are given 3 million pounds. Please save us." He glanced up at Anashi as though to say, 'I did it. Happy?'
