“I dunno! I’m too excited!” She barked

"About what?" The human pulled them away from each other.

“I dunno!” She barked again “woah.” She whimpered when the human picked her up “she started barking loudly “help me! Put me down!”

"Relax, he just thinks you're fighting me." The man set them down about a foot from each other, saying to 'Play nice'.

She hid under a larger blanket

"What's wrong now?" Lupin sniffed the blanket and pawed at it.

She jumped out and yipped “boo!”

Lupin yelped and fell onto his back. His paws churned the air as he tried to right himself.

Ash nudged him back

Lupin managed to get back on his paws, panting. "Is it your goal to startle me as many times as possible?"

Suddenly she felt bad “I’m sorry I’ll stop.” She said, her ears drooping

"No! Don't feel bad, I meant it as a fun… friends thing, you know? Sarcasm?"
