"I-I don't know." Just not in there again…

"We can do the arcade section, some air hockey or pool then." He said, taking her back in another direction passing the warp wall.

That sounded less… life threatening. "Alright," she agreed, a small smile spreading on her lips.

Blaze inserted his dollar in the air hockey machine before getting the put and placing it on the middle. "You start first." He told her before murmuring, "You're gonna lose."

She leaned over the table and hit the puck towards his goal.

"What the hell, how did you even-" He was shocked at how he already lost on the first round but there were 6 more to go, he took the puck out from the slot and tried to hit it in her goal but missed by a wide shot and it ended up going back into his hole.

Bridget put her hand over her mouth to contain a laugh, keeping the other on her blocker (thingie… idk). God, he's so cute… WHAT?!?!?!??!?!?

(me neither)

Blaze took the puck out again and placed it on the middle of the board. He hit it toward her again before quickly glancing up to see he only had four more shots for him to get out.

When he glanced, her arm shot out and hit the puck into his goal. She bit her lip, but her smile was clear.

"Stop!" He yelled, good-naturedly towards her and chuckled after taking the puck back out and aiming for her goal. He finally was able to make one good shot before giving the puck for her to hit.

She send a well aimed shot his way with a competitive grin.

Blaze saw that he only had three more tries to block Bridget before he lost. He guarded his goal while trying to take hits towards her, before missing one again.

She aimed for an open part of the goal.

Blaze blocked her shot for once and ended up making it into her goal. "Yes! Finally!"

She made a fake pouty face and got the puck out of the goal.

"Come on, dont' do that, you beat me like three times in a row!" He exclaimed, smiling before lining up his shot.

She giggled and cupped her hand over her mouth in surprise. Bridget Case never giggled…

(My wifi's bad, I thought I responded to this sorry)

Blaze smiled when she laughed and hit his shot. "That's a beautiful laugh." He mentioned before he could stop it from leaving his lips. He didn't regret saying it though.

(It's fine!)

She blushed quickly. "Oh, uh, thank you…?"

"You welcome." He said, taking her current state to his advantage. He pushed the puck past her and into the goal.

"Hey!" she snapped, but the expression on her face said other than anger. "No fair!"

Blaze almost opened his mouth to say, 'All's fair in love and war.' but decided against it seeing it was a bit extreme and instead said something else. "Ok, you kinda put yourself in that position leaving that goal wide open." He chuckled.

She rolled her eyes. "You tricked me."

"Not really, I did mean that." He responded, giving her the puck.

"What did you mean?" she asked, holding onto the puck for a moment.

(I don't know if that's a typo or not so… I'm just gonna respond to it as if it were.)

"What I said earlier." He said, rubbing his neck a standing up straight.

(Sorry! I fixed it!)

"About what?" she pressed. If there was one thing she hated, it was vagueness.

"Your laugh is beautiful," He answered mumbling a second part to it. 'So are you.'

She turned pink quickly. "I-It's not…"

Blaze let it go and got his puck shooter thing out and ready for her next move.
