(This is a government based RP held in 2056.)

The land is broken down into five different parts. We’re not the “United States” anymore; if you suggested that to someone, they’d laugh in your face. Then they’d ask,
“Do you even know what America went through these past thirty years?”
Now, it’d be okay to say no. Because you’re new here. Yes… well, let me tell you, traveler, what you should know and be aware of.
The United State’s government was a rodent on our society, some people might say. They are right. The system of governing was originally a republic. Shocked, huh? That’s stuff they don't teach kids anymore. Our friendly little, “We select people to control you and make decisions for you!” gig. Yeah, well, didn’t work out so well for them… They soon became a democracy, especially after certain presidents came through. Gods. Awful times for America. I could practically hear the Soviet Union laughing at us. Oh, what’s a democracy? Sorry, it’s basically people had free wrought on government goings. What? You’re smiling, traveler. I know, America thirty years ago… whew… what a bust. Be glad you’re not my generation, sweetie. The majority of Gen Zers already killed themselves, foreseeing this in their intelligence and all. What? Oh, yes, I am a Gen Z. All the other Gen insert-letter-here-ers are loong gone. It’s the Cotrians now. Who are they? Your generation! I made up the name. So, anyway, back to the Government. They were in heavy debt from wars and stuff, so they took control of the “calm” people of America. So, what are you doing, here, then? This place is a war zone, thanks to those damned Cotrains. What did they do? Well, they’re… so powerful. They had some wicked natural selection stuff happen… now they’re practically cyborgs. I’d stay away from them. How can you identify them? Well, they’re the biggest gen yet, they’re everywhere, but they’re also really tall… handsome… don’t look at me like that! Anyway, you really should just stay away. Well. Good luck, traveler… I’m going to take a nap, in hopes that the radiation in my liver kills me… good day… farewell…

(I think I'll use Matt for this one, here he is!)
Name: Matthew Rohan Adair (Or Matt for short)
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Appearance: His hair is black mixed with a darkish red (the tips), it's sorta straight and kind of curly at the end. Has brown eyes and is a bit pale (his skin color), like the normal shade of white. Matt is fit but skinny (not in a bad way though).
Usual Outfit: Wears a no-so-clean thin grey t-shirt with worn down casual black jeans. Has a dirty grey newsboy cap with fingerless grey strapped wrist arm bracers (Made of fabric and goes up to his elbows). Wears a black mud-caked, knee-high boots with straps and buckles (sort of like combat boots). By his side and across his chest hangs a worn down beaten leather briefcase (to make deliveries with). His face is dirty from being out in the streets so long and his bangs cover his left eye slightly, also dirty and unkempt
Personality: Very heartwarming at first glance. He's easy to talk to and is nice to others but will stand up for himself. Matt doesn't like violence and will avoid it at all costs. He's pretty optimistic but will show signs of weakness if something really bad has happened to him. Matt is a really reliable person, he's responsible and likes to do things on his own without anyone's help. He has a real strong determination, likes encouraging others and overall a really nice guy that doesn't get into trouble. Matt is basically the support of a group, he's calm collected and pretty chill.
Flaws: Doesn't accept people right away unless he sees someone close to him trust them
Weapon: Has two twin daggers
Generation: Cotrain
Political Standpoint: Neutral
Other: Loves studying history on his free time and he's a total neat freak
